Novotel Hamburg City Alster    

The location was fantastic, with good links to the local underground. It was good value for the children who stayed free and had free breakfast

Beds were horrible. Both the fixed queen bed, and also the fold out sofa bed. Too hard, thin and uncomfortable. Nobody slept well, we all woke up sore. Bed covers were small. Pillows too synthetic. Parking too expensive Internet was charged-Ridiculous.

Easy access to the underground rail service. reasonably situated from the city.Rooms clean & bright.

Rooms and facilities in good shape and spacious enough. Restaurant had nice staff nice mix of dishes on the menu.

They did replace towels dispite perfect hanging on the correct hook. And I also got stick in the emergency exit staircase next to the gym as another reviewer did. It's clearly not wel indicated that that specific staircase is only to be used in emergencies!

Clean friendly free xbox in lobby for children. Free wii also. Tea and coffee in room. Seperate toilet in room. Right next to underground station.

I thought the rooms were perfect. The shower and tub were awesome. There was a touch of class without excessive cost. Finally, the Hotel had a 'children friendly' environment.

The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding and good value when included in the room booking! This alone and the ease of access to Hamburg central makes this hotel worth considering. The deluxe superior room we had, though neatly presented was small and a family with older children would need more room. Overall, we were happy and would recommend this hotel.

We had absolutely no connection of WiFi in our room, although we had to pay for it. IN the end I had to connect my Laptop via the (much too short) network cable on the wall, while neither my smartphone nor my girlfriend's phone could get to connect to WiFi. Shame.

A great value hotel in a good location. Comfortable and has an excellent breakfast.

1. Free internet access, 2. The door at the corner in 1st and 2nd floor can be opened from inside (corridor) and connot be opened from outside (stairway). This is a trap for customer. need to be rectified

I hace to say room is confortable and clean. Condition is very good near metro station and everytime they call taxi. It better than other 4 star otel

Some staff is missunderstanding and sometimes little make problem for using internet we must pay money and it is not good things I think

Greal location, right in front of the subway. Near train station and city. Exellent breakfast. Nice atmosphere and comfortable, good price too.
