This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's tucked away in a courtyard, so it's pretty quiet. The building is new and modern, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! A great selection of baked goods, yogurt, eggs, sausage, etc. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. We had trouble using the night door, but the staff was prompt in fixing the issue the next morning. Rooms were spacious and clean. Also a fun, hip area with lots of restaurants a few blocks away.

I honestly can't think of a thing.

Staff very helpful. Took my bags up to my room while I was out sightseeing. Their English was excellent. A quiet tree filled courtyard set back from the street. Breakfast included was freshly made and offered a wide choice.

Getting from the train to the hotel can require negotiating one's way through drunken groups.

The arguments I had to listen to by the guy at the counter when I mentioned during check out that my room was not cleaned the day before (they did not check a second time around) and that there was an alarm clock ringing for a long time in the early morning hours. I simply wanted to mention it to avoid that the next customer might have similar issues the next night that keeps them awake. I got told that I had bad luck...

Very clean, all members of staff we've encountered were very friendly and communicative. Quiet location and near 2 metro lines + train station. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as 24h open markets, so you won't be hungry/thirsty if coming late :) In triple room we've been (300), furniture was new and convenient, bathroom facilities also seemed new and were cleaned every day, power outlets and lights plentiful, wifi available and usable, heating controllable and strong :). We were at winter time, didn't notice any air conditioning unit, so don't know how it is on summer months.

Everything -- Nu Hotel was perfect for our visit to Berlin. The rooms were spacious, full of light, clean, quiet, and modern. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was perfect. I appreciated the (working) free wi-fi as well. The location is ideal--near multiple subway and tram stops and a short walk to some interesting sites. The neighborhood is known for its clubs, but they are some distance away, and the block the hotel is located on is serene and quiet. When I return to Berlin, I will return to the Nu Hotel.

Nothing--in my experience, everything was perfect.

Staff were fantastic. Breakfast lovely with lots of variety. Exceptionally clean and rooms serviced everyday.

Breakfast was excellent; fresh pastries was the best part of the breakfast. I also found the hotel very clean. I would strongly recommend to anyone who is thinking to visit Berlin. The hotel is a bit distant to the metro (tube) but it takes only 10 minutes walking, then you in Alexander Platz in 15 minutes.

The service and the comfort

Very clean and cosy hotel in quiet location. Close to metro station and to all main Berlin attractions. The room was small but comfortable with all necessary amenities.

Nice and quiet location, in the East Berlin. Friendly and very helpfull stuff. Big and spacious room for three people. The garage is underground, near the hotel and is guarded. The breakfast was delicious.

The twin bed is a little hard and uncomfortable.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were a group of friends and really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean. The street is quiet and it is not so far from public transport to the city center. Breakfast is good and is served untill 11am.

No airconditioning in the room.

The hotel is very silent in a quiet district. Breakfast is good and the staff during breakfast is very careful.

I think the hotel is not in a great location to visit the city. You need to walk about 7-10 minutes to a big S-bahn station and U-bahn station and then in three stops you are in Alexanderr platz.The district is not much animated. The last day they forgot to tidy up our room!

Von der Begrüßung an hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren nett, das Zimmer top und die Wege zum ÖPNV gut.

Una struttura davvero carina, pulita e con le stanze ampie; inoltre molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. La colazione a buffet varia e abbondante, davvero molto buona. La posizione è ottima, in poche fermate di metrò si arriva nei principali punti di interesse, nella zona sono presenti negozi, bar e ristoranti.

Uns hat die Ruhe, die freundlichkeit des Personals und die Nähe zur O2 World besonders gefallen.

Engagiertes höfliches Personal. Sauberkeit. Ruhige Lage. Kein Straßenbahnlärm, kein Autolärm. Wir haben super geschlafen. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man zu den ÖPNV, zur Spree, zu O2-World. Einfach Klasse für einen Kurztripp.

Eingeschränkte Vielfalt am Frühstücksbüfett. Ich bin jedoch sicher, dass auf Anfrage auch das gekochte Ei oder ein Glas Milch gereicht wird.

Sehr freundlicher individueller Service, frischer Kaffee in allen Variationen zum Frühstück, ruhige entspannte Atmosphäre

Das Hotel ist sauber und macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck.

Es ist sehr hellhörig und im Frühstücksraum gibt es nicht genügend Plätze. Da muss man ggf. schonmal warten, bis ein Tisch frei wird.
