Clean, bright, small hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast (included in price) - fresh and delicious. Quiet location within easy reach of trams and trains and short walk to excellent value restaurants. |

Rooms are new, clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the Ostbahnhof, or there is a bus one minute away that goes to this train station. Would return here again. |

Hade ett bra rum, lugnt läge, god frukost /uppskattar färskt kaffe, vänlig personal, nära till S-Bahn. Det tar bara några minuter för att komma till Alexanderplatz och stadens sevärdheter. Nej. |

Bij aankomst werd ik persoonlijk begroet. Er lag zelfs een chocolaatje op het hoofdkussen en de kamer was heel goed verlucht. Ook heel duidelijk uitleg gegeven over bijv. de nachtingang. Het personeel was ook heel behulpzaam. |

Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Man hat selbst in der Fremde das Gefühl "nach Hause" zu kommen. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und dezent. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. |

behulpzaam, positief personeel Wij hadden twee ramen met twee gordijnen maar een daarvan was licht doorlatend. Ik wil niet per se om 6 uur wakker worden. Vervangende kamer was net zo raam. Tip: vraag om donkere gordijnen als je reserveert. |

Personnel aimable, poli, serviable et d'une grande gentillesse. Hotel, très propre, très calme, très confortable adapté aux personnes handicapées, très sécurisé, bien situé, Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, moderne. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Non, tout était parfait ! Rien à redire. Petite remarque, le personnel ne parle pas français. |

Hotel sehr sauber, Zimmer sehr geräumig, Frühstück super! War eigentlich alles super .. das einzige was mich gestört hat waren laute Diskussionen der Mitarbeiter beim Frühtstück, das gehört sich nicht wenn Gäste in der Nähe sind. |

sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, gutes Früchstück, nah an der O2- Arena, das man erst um 11:00 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen muß, Regenschirme die Müllabfuhr frühs um 7:00 vor dem Fenster, das Doppelbett hätte etwas breiter sein können |

Accoglienza cordiale, staff disponibile staff per ogni necessità. Camera singola graziosa, luminosa, aperta sulla corte, attrezzata con tutto ciò che è necessario, perfetta per persona sola. Ottima la colazione, buoni i collegamenti con il centro città e pure con l'aeroporto. |
