Service from the reception was excellent and the room was very clean and well maintained. Very busy during my stay as there was an exhibition on at Messe. There appeared to be a need for more tables at breakfast. |

Ultra modern hotel, very luxury, amazing architecture. At the edge of the old city centre. Just a minor point: one need a manual to know how the combination of light switches works! And no hair dryer in the bathroom in this class of hotel... |

Clean! Possibility to iron the clothes in the room, very good! Easy accessable for my activites in the area. No mini bar, only one bottle of water but if I would like more I would have to get it at the restaurant/bar |

I have stayed here two years durring Toy Fair. It is a very good value compared to the hotels in the inner city. Getting to and from the hotel is a little problematic at times, especially if the weather is bad. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station. |

The restaurant and bar were quite good and the staff accomodating I felt the prices charged for internet access were usurious. 20 euro per day is far above the industry average even in business hotels. The availability of internet access in the labby (a single terminal) was not sufficient to make up for this. |

Gut organisierte und informierte Rezeption, Nähe des Parkhauses, schnelles Abfahren & Ankommen, Nähe zum Messezubringer Aufdringlicher Zwang zur Beantwortung der Frage nach Zimmernummer während man gemütlich frühstücken will und daher mit vollem Mund keine Fragen von Fremden beantworten kann oder will, wird als unzumutbare Belästigung empfunden. |

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Reklamationen wurde sofort und freundlich aufgenommen. / The hotel staff was very accomodating. The food in the restaurant was very good. Complaints were handled immediately and in a friendly way. Grundsätzlich war das Hotel in Ordnung. Meine negativen Erfahrungen beziehen sich lediglich auf den Standard des Zimmers. In Relation zum Standard des Zimmers war der Preis für 129 bzw. 159 eur die Nacht viel zu teuer. / Basically the hotel was fine. My negative experiences are only related to the room and its standards. In relation to the standard of the room the price of 129 respecitvely 159 eur per night way to expensive. |
