The Süd-West-Park Hotel is part of a pretty, green business park, conveniently situated in the triangle between the cities of Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen.

The exhibition centre, Nuremberg city centre with its Old Town and numerous attractions, as well as the airport are thus easily accessible. Excellent transport links as well as 800 inexpensive parking places in a car park with video surveillance help to make your stay here as pleasant as possible.

Our conference centre has a floor space of 1400 m² and a total of 15 different rooms and halls, all equipped with the most modern business communication technology. Some of the rooms are air-conditioned and all are lit with daylight, provide wireless LAN and feature black-out blinds. We also can provide 3 exhibition areas, each with a floor space of 421 m².

Food & beverage

In our impressive restaurant "L'Orchidee", decorated in a classical style, you can expect international specialities and famous Franconian "Schmankerl". Get the day off to a good start with our generous continental breakfast buffet which caters to every taste.

Come and chill out in the Caipirinha Cocktail Bar and sip you favourite cocktail. Everything from Franconian beer and wine specialities to exotic cocktails and small meals are served here.

Area information

In and around the business park you will find lots of pleasant green park areas with water features to relax by as well as a jogging track running along the Rhine-Danube canal.

The hotel is only 1 km from the motorway and 7 km from the train station and city centre.

The restaurant and bar were quite good and the staff accomodating

I felt the prices charged for internet access were usurious. 20 euro per day is far above the industry average even in business hotels. The availability of internet access in the labby (a single terminal) was not sufficient to make up for this.

breakfast - really nice choices

hotel in my opinion doesn't deserve 4 *,the equipment, mot enough towels, no shampoon, no carpets in bathroom, dirty walls -need new paint, no a/c, no minibar

Very nice staff, clean and nice facilities. Good restaurant with excellent breakfast and buffet at dinner (not all weekdays). Good service in the bar at reasonable prices.

Wireless internet acess on the room could be for free (as it is in the reception).

Good to have everything under one roof after a tiring day at a trade fair.

The service in the resturant was auwful. The food was very good, but there were many people complaining about the speed of service . There were lots of staff looking busy but nobody was actually being served.

the breakfast is excellent, the room is very confortable and the parking is useful.

the parking is a few expensive.

comfortable and good choice of breakfast foods.

The bar was too expensive and the coctails were lacking in correct alcohol mixtures the bar staff were not pleasant either. The clearing of the plates for the buffet was poor.

Its value for money and the location was just what we expected TomTom took us right to the reception with parking opposite.

Charged for bottle of water in room this could have been shown with a price tag, as we had water in the car.

großes Lob an Herrn Daniel G. an der Rezeption für seine Hilfe und Bemühungen.

3 Bett Zimmer gebucht, leider bei Ankunft im Hotel keines mehr frei.
