The restaurant and bar were quite good and the staff accomodating I felt the prices charged for internet access were usurious. 20 euro per day is far above the industry average even in business hotels. The availability of internet access in the labby (a single terminal) was not sufficient to make up for this. |

breakfast - really nice choices hotel in my opinion doesn't deserve 4 *,the equipment, mot enough towels, no shampoon, no carpets in bathroom, dirty walls -need new paint, no a/c, no minibar |

Very nice staff, clean and nice facilities. Good restaurant with excellent breakfast and buffet at dinner (not all weekdays). Good service in the bar at reasonable prices. Wireless internet acess on the room could be for free (as it is in the reception). |

Good to have everything under one roof after a tiring day at a trade fair. The service in the resturant was auwful. The food was very good, but there were many people complaining about the speed of service . There were lots of staff looking busy but nobody was actually being served. |

comfortable and good choice of breakfast foods. The bar was too expensive and the coctails were lacking in correct alcohol mixtures the bar staff were not pleasant either. The clearing of the plates for the buffet was poor. |

Its value for money and the location was just what we expected TomTom took us right to the reception with parking opposite. Charged for bottle of water in room this could have been shown with a price tag, as we had water in the car. |
