Hotel Monte Cristo

Das Zimmer war geräumig.

Beim einchecken musste Rezeption erst angerufen werden und verstand kein deutsch, Aufpreis für Parkplatz, Zimmer schmutzig, keine frischen Laken, Lampe defekt, Fernseher defekt, Kaffee beim Frühstück war leer Personal musste erst gesucht werden.

Sehr gut , alle sehr freundlich. Auch wenn der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist ...und es andere kleinigkeiten gibt ,,,so ist eigentlich alles super gut gewesen ....sehr schön das angrenzente Restaurant /Bar /,,,,,empfehlenswert.

also wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Stromversorgung ,,,das aber gleich gelöst worden ist ,Hierzu nur anmerken möchte

The bathroom door was broken, it was imposible to close it. The hotel hall looks terrible. The hotel does not meet the Expectations of 3* Hotel, maximum 1* or Hostel.

While the room was very simple, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the heater worked well, and the bathroom was very nice with a huge tub. Unlike some of the other posts I have read - the neighborhood was rather quiet. It was not that noisy....would hear the occasional drunk speaking loudly in the early morning hours - but overall was quiet.

The occasional strong smell of cigarette smoke (despite being a non smoking building). I am very allergic to cigarettes and had to open my room window (while it was freezing outside) to be able to breathe.

The location of the hotel was excellent and close to good transport links.

The fact they "reserved" the cost of the hotel over a week before I travelled leaving me with no money in my account and with no warning. I was advised that had there been insufficient funds in my account the booking would have been cancelled.

He room was tatty with many items broken, staff were not particularly helpful

Wonderful place to stay and the breakfast buffet is well worth the 7 extra euros.

This hotel isn't actually in Frankfurt, it is in a small town called Offenbach. Very close, but not actually in the city, not in a very touristy part of town. The restaurant isn't open on a regular schedule, so I wouldn't count on drinks or anything.
