The location was good and the flat was clean and well appointed I was not informed at the point of booking that the apartment was up four flights of stairs with no lift. Not good for popping in and out of the self catering flat with provisions (as I would have liked) and utterly intolerable for anyone with a mobility problem let alone someone who simply wanted a relaxing stay. More importantly, myself and my partner were unable to sleep on two of the three nights we had booked due extremely loud club music eminating from nearby which made it impossible to sleep from 1am through to 5.30am. Quite frankly we are due a refund which I am intending to pursue. To put it more bluntly it was a bad experience! (and I haven't even mentioned the lack of air conditioning which made it essential to open the windows resulting in multiple mosquito bites for me and my partner). |

Staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even keep our bags in the office the day of our check out because we had a late train. The apartment was able to fit five adults comfortably and was in an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again. |

Very very friendly and helpful. It was my second trip to Berlin on business. I enjoyed the simple back to nature/homely feeling. Dennis is a great person. He helped me out finding location of where I was going for business and helped me out with the computer.Many thanks. |

The apartment was great! Very close to public transport station and less than a block from a grocery/bakery. Very good location and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. It was somewhat noisy on Friday and Saturday night for a little while, but not enough to wake the kids. |

Our flat was nice, clean and in a very good location. We stayed in Prenzlauer Berg, an area we found charming during daytime and fun at night. We were two friends who shared the flat, but I would definently take my family there (I have two kids). |

the peace and the silence of the place even that its it the center, the kitchen is very confi yes. i did not liked the fact that there is no english chanels on tv and no dvd and not even a basic cd sistem for music |

The location was fantastic, so central to Berlin and really close to a u-bahn station. It was also close to lots of places to eat and drink and areas to jog in. It would have been nice to have been given more towels for a 4 night stay and to have the option to have the apartment cleaned at some stage over the 5 days. Otherwise it was great. |

The apartment was clean, had all facilities needed for a short/long break They were also central for everything we needed, we were 6 adults and there was no complaints. (apart from there being no lift as we were 6 - 50+) |

The apartment I stayed in was clean and spacious. It could easily be lived in for an extended stay. The only problem I encountered was a slow draining shower. Other than that, everything was great. |

Located on walking distance from the Museum Insel. In the weekend you can park your car free for the door.Friendly personnel which speaks perfect English. Everyting clean and well equiped apartment. Last minute very good price/quality. we were on the 4th floor (high floors); without elevator means a lot of steps to climb. During the late night and the small hours loud music from cafe's on the ground floor?? (although on 4th floor sound was not too loud) |
