Old Town Apartments

重いトランクを３階まで持ち上げて運ぶのが大変だった。疲れていたのでよけいに。運んでくれる人がいたら良- かった。

１．バスタブがないこと。２．土曜日の夜中、3時過ぎまで外の通りのバーで騒いでいるのが聞こえてうるさく- 、眠りを阻害された。

Did not feel like tourists; very authentic German appartment, with german neighbours in a German district.

Friendly personable service. Very spacious apartment. Old with character, but modern interior, clean.

The hotel staff are very kind! One of them waited outside of the front door on the first day of our arrive until we find him, and it was very windy that day. Although there were quite some problems with our room, such as dirty sheets and plate-missing microwave oven, we got what we want for everything we asked.

Be aware to check everything just after you arrived. We arrived on the national day, so we couldn't use our microwave oven until 2 days later. But they brought us the clean sheet we asked within one hour, although one staff had to come from home to help us.

The service was great and the employees were wonderful. Very willing to help with directions and services.

Very close to the Subway (Nordbanhof), less than 100 meters. New apartments.

Residentianl area, not much shops.

I liked the design of the apartment and the size-big! The location is ideal. There is wireless internet (though the connection was sometimes low--at least on the 3rd floor)

We didn't have a freezer. No airconditioning--which is fine unless you come in July-mid August. I'd have liked to have the room cleaned at least every 3 days or get new towels. Overall, the apartment was great.

I was not informed at the point of booking that the apartment was up four flights of stairs with no lift. Not good for popping in and out of the self catering flat with provisions (as I would have liked) and utterly intolerable for anyone with a mobility problem let alone someone who simply wanted a relaxing stay. More importantly, myself and my partner were unable to sleep on two of the three nights we had booked due extremely loud club music eminating from nearby which made it impossible to sleep from 1am through to 5.30am. Quite frankly we are due a refund which I am intending to pursue. To put it more bluntly it was a bad experience! (and I haven't even mentioned the lack of air conditioning which made it essential to open the windows resulting in multiple mosquito bites for me and my partner).

Staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even keep our bags in the office the day of our check out because we had a late train. The apartment was able to fit five adults comfortably and was in an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again.

Very very friendly and helpful. It was my second trip to Berlin on business. I enjoyed the simple back to nature/homely feeling. Dennis is a great person. He helped me out finding location of where I was going for business and helped me out with the computer.Many thanks.
