“Het appartement in de OTA was helemaal top! Schoon en netjes. Fantastische locatie, op 2 minuten loopafstand een goede fietsenverhuur in de Fehrbelliner strasse. En in 1 minuut zit je in de U bahn. Tegenover het appartement zit een fantastische Italiaanse koffiebar waar je een waanzinnig goed ontbijt en super lekkere koffie kunt halen en drinken. Kortom een echte aanrader”

ruim appartement, goed gelegen, en netjes de ontvangst, 20 minuten buiten in de kou staan wachten, en dan horen dat je 20 € moet betalen omdat het net na 9 uur is... nachtlawaai in de voorste kamers omwille van live muziek beneden tijdens paasweekend...

Uitstekende ligging, properheid, inrichting, prima prijs/kwaliteit, zakelijke en nuttige uitleg over het appartement, het openbaar vervoer, de winkels of restaurants in de buurt, parkeergelegenheid en de aanschaf van een Umweltplakette. Kortom, een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Berlijn.

Appartement op de Schönhauserallee ligt op een mooie locatie vlak bij U-bahn Rosa Luxemburgplatz en Senefelderplatz, dus Prenzlauerberg en Mitte met leuke restaurants op steenworpafstand. Overigens bevallen de appartementen aan de Metzerstrasse (ook van OTA) beter. - Niet al het personeel is even vriendelijk - Begin van de nacht nog lawaaierig door de voorliggende café's - Bedden waren niet echt geweldig - Geen lift

The staff were terrible and rude when we did get to speak to them, there was no reception desk or contact number for any member of staff. I travelled with friends and they're was only 2 keys issued between 8 so there was always somebody locked out of the apartment.The rooms were not cleaned or the laundry was never changed and we were staying for 3 days.The location is terrible, the apartment is over a nightclub that stays open until 8am so don't expect any sleep.When we checked out everything was fine then 4 days later I got an email to say my credit card is getting charged €220 because the room was unacceptable. I was shocked because we washed every dish and mopped the floors.When I asked what the problem was he said that there was fruit on the table cloth and some fruit on the bed. I asked why did he not tell us this on Sunday when we checked out he said he did not have time to check the room "how convenient". These clothes should of been changed after our first night stay, what hotel does not change sheets and table clothes and laundry. Not only do they not clean the room or change the sheets or towels but they actually expect you to clean the sheets,towels and if you don't they wait until your out of the country 4 days and then charge your credit card €220 to pay them to do they're job.When somebody obtains your credit card details and charges your card without your permission its called a SCAM,but when a hotel like Old Town Apartments do it they call it TERMS AND CONDITIONS.Do not stay here.

The location of all OTApts is excellent. They are within easy reach of public transportation, especially the metro, I'm talking a 5 min. walk! We happened to be there during a really cold spell and the apt. was not warm at all. The kitchen has everything one would need to make meals, but I say go out to eat. There are so many excellent restaurants in the area. You will not regret booking an OTA.

Ota is well situated in an interesting part of town with many restaurants and clubs. The appartment is very well apointed and has everything one may need for a short, comfortable stay. The staffer, Nathan, was very helpful and friendly and we had a great stay. The front door is not wel insulated and therefore it can get a bit noisy when people come home at night. The boom box of the pub next door can be felt rather than heard at night.

It is a very nice appartment in a lively street/area in Berlin, close to the U-bahn station, which brings you to all the things you want to see. The pillows were awful, our appartment was on the fourth floor. No elevator.

Good location , not far away from Fridrichstrasse & very close to Berliner Wall sites on Bernauerstrasse. Quiet place. Extra charge for late check-in (20 Euro after 9 P.M.) + few % fee for credit card payment. Shouldn't be like that , but in fact we were noted about it in adavnce before we come.

The apartment was clean, spacious and very convenient to public transport. The unit had a lovely large bathroom. They even left coffee for us to use in the filter coffee machine. The bed was comfy and airy. They even did our washing! Will highly recommend this establishment! Four flights of stairs without an elevator. Not their fault as this is usual for an old building.

We liked the opportunity to cook our own meals and have a place that provides more space than a hotel room so at the end of the day we are comfortable, able to relax and enjoy a place we can call home for a few days all at a reasonable cost. The location of the apartments provides an opportunity to live outside of the main tourist strip and experience local culture and lifestyle. For the price I'd say there was nothing to dislike. If I was paying more I think an improvement on the particular apartment we had would be to have the bedroom separate from the living/cooking area.

Perfect location, great area around Prenzlauer Berg for cafes, shops, Prater Beer Garden, MauerPark, bars around Kastanienalle and then also to go down in to Mitte. Right night to U Bahn so easy to get around the City. Very quiet in the evenings. Apartment was very clean, spacious, perfect for a group or family. I will definitely stay there next time. Area around Kollwitzstrasse also great on a Sunday - very relaxed, great place to have breakfast/lunch and watch the world go by. Berlin is a great City.

The location is on a lively street at the limit between Penzlauer Berg and Mitte, next to Rosa Luxemburg subway station. thus transport was easy to reach and had places to go out at night in the near vicinity - not needing a taxi. There's also a non-stop shop and non-stop good kebab place for those of you who want to stay up late The place is smaller than one might imagine, but has all the right facilities to accommodate 4 adults: hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Our apartment was at the 3rd floor and had no elevator. sometimes in the morning, the guys that take out the garbage make a lot of noise and due to the fact that the place has no air conditioning, the windows have to stay open, thus waking us up at 7 am. Internet is slow and has a silly system of logging in each device every time you connect it. Overall it is a good choice, but is a bit expensive for the space offered.

Apartment was fanatastic had all the faciltites we needed as a family, clean adn comfortable. The location was good and we used the trains to get around the city was was pretty easy
