Excellent staff,location,breakfast.Clean room,good bed We heard walking the people on the coridor and at the next floor and it waked up us . |

Most of the staff was very friendly. The man who was at reception when we arrived on 1 October 2009 was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was really good!!! A lot of different things to eat and drink. Nice location. The room was ok - clean bed. Someone in the reception was not serviceminded and did not give a good impression of the hotel. Don't forget the little card with your roomnumber when you leave for the day - you might have trouble getting back in! No air con. No heat in the room when we arrived. The pictures and positive descriptions of the rooms on the website did not live up to our expectations. The room was small and basic and rigth next to the kitchen. The bed was some somewhat hard. |

good location, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Close to U bahn station. Big room with comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom. Nice buffet breakfast in big sunny room. Internet access provided for free in lobby, but had to pay €8/hour for wireless in rooms. Walls are thin so you can hear the other guests and televisions in other rooms. |

the location, close to the bus stop and to the metro station, in a nice part of the city. good breakfast. nice staff. the absence of double bed: just twins bed, impossible to unify, not the ideal for a couple. |

You cannot take food out of the canteen area, but if you're on the run this is not nice. The hotel is located in the apartment building feels creepy. |

The location is very good, about 200 meters from many bus stations and about 600 meters from U-Bahn station during the night the wooden floor is very noisy also the doors make a lot of noise when people close them |

Very good connection to city and airport (TXL). Nice area. Terrible bathroom: the shower was *in* the bathroom = a shower head next to the toilet! No cabin. Drainage did not work properly, so after a 5 minute shower, the the whole bathroom stood under water (ca. 3cm!) and even spilled over to the carpet in the sleeping room! Plus: not equipped with hairdryer, although the service person said they would have one in the room when i asked for it. |

Muy bien situado. La habitación era enorme y con un ventanal que ocupaba toda una pared, y tenía cortinas (en Berlin es muy habitual que no haya cortinas y entre luz en cuanto amanece). Muy limpios la habitación y el baño. El desayuno es estupendo. El personal de recepción, muy amable, hablaba inglés y uno de ellos también castellano. Repetiríamos sin duda y lo recomendamos |

hotellet var nemt at finde, ligger centralt mht. transport m.v. OK til prisen og god morgenbuffet. Store rummelige værelser. Sørg for at bruserne fungerer optimalt! |

Petit déjeuner très copieux, taille des chambres, ouvert 24h/24, assez proches des transports en commun, proximité du boulevard Kudam, quartier sympa. Attention !! certaines chambes donnant sur l'avenue sont assez bruyantes car pas de doubles vitrages. Aurait pu faire un effort sur les chaines TV car uniqement 2 chaines en anglais et tout le reste en allemand |

Grote kamer, correcte badkamer, alles in art nouveau, interbellum sfeer Globaal slecht tot zeer slecht onderhouden: afbladderend schilderwerk, kleerkast waarvan deuren ontbraken, etc. Maar voor € 74 incl. een perfect ontbijtbuffet, op 150 m van de KuDam moet ge wat water in de wijn doen ..... |

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. La cama tb cómoda. La suituación, muy bienh comunicado, par alo grande que es BErlín. El desayuno. El servicio de internet gratuito de recepción: había 2 ordenadores, de los cuales 1 estuvo estropeado durante toda la estancia, y el otro, con sistema Linux, iba lentísimo. |
