Very big, new and good bathroom attached with all what we need ( towels, hair & body shampoo, body loition, hair dryer etc ) The bedroom is big, enough space for 3 persons and good decorated. Comfortable beds. Living room also big and beautiful. Tea and Coffee also provided inside the kitchen. Good location, very near to the train station, easy to reach Frankfurt by train. Friendly owner. Hotel currently crippled by staff shortage. Restaurant closed, extra cost breakfast suspended, no coffee in room or lobby. The one employee looks like he hasn't slept in days yet remains unfailingly polite and helpful. He must often be summoned with a phone call. Plentiful parking. Our room was listed as queen bed but was actually double. At 70€, not the cheapest but I hope they can get back to full operation.

The lady at the reception told me that they would give me the money back for the second night. Now I have a problem because the hotel won't return my money.
