If I had known before what a great deal the Golden Tulip was, I would have booked two nights instead of one in town and the one at Golden Tulip. Excellent value and only 25 minutes by rail from Marienplatz. |

Hotel location was excellent...we stayed one night before starting our Bavarian Driving Tour...The room was very clean and comfortable..Staff were very helpful with requests for information and directions. |

Huge comfortable room, low price, excellent breakfast buffet The wireless signal in our room was too weak. When we used our laptop at the breakfast table (where the signal was strong) we were asked to move it off the table. No no-laptop policy was clearly displayed anywhere. |

The fact that we were able to stay in an apartment Access to and from the apartment was not simple. Also for a four star hotal surprised to find stains on carpet and living area chairs |

I asked for a quiet room, however, got one at the beginning of the corridor. The woman at the reception did not want to give me another one and said this one was quiet. In the morning however people passing my room woke me up, as well as the cleaning ladies who already knocked the door at 08.45. The hotel uses real keys so the cleaning ladies should have gone to the reception to see if I had already checked out. Food in the restaurant was average/not very good. No air conditioning (but I knew that in advance). I could not get on to the internet. The same woman, was not helping here as well, her colleague was helpful though (however, in the end still without a result as my computer was probably too well protected). |

Special rate made it worthwhile. Location was relatively convenient for what we needed and nice biergarten nearby. Pool was not functional despite listing on website saying it would be redone by the time we arrived. Insufficient space in parking garage/lot so that at least one night we had to find parking on the street. Hotel room was tiny attic space with nearly no room to walk around because of sloped ceiling. Air conditioning unit was inadequate. |

The staff, the breakfasts were exceptional, the room comfortable The lighting in the hotel, especially the apartment was very weak, making reading difficult.This is the only criticism from an otherwise good hotel. |

They let us check in already at 1pm. The hotel has a lovely terrace to eat and drink. Modern interior and nicely furnished. Good breakfast. They let me have breakfast even if I was late (we were told the wrong times) 1. The swimming pool was closed. The hotel said that this was posted on the internet but it was not posted! 2. We had asked for a quiet room beforehand. When we saw that our room was next to a road and wanted to change room we were told that this was the most quiet room they had. Later on we found out that this was not true. |

The rooms were beautiful, breakfast was expansive and delicious, and everyone was kind and helpful (especially Vanessa at the front desk). The sauna rooms were nice to relax in after a long day. Location is some ways from central Munich, but because of the easy access via the S-bahn, it was not an inconvenience. The price dicsount for our 3-day booking was an excellent savings relative to other hotels closer to the heart of Munich. WiFi service was spotty -- my room was one of the edge rooms, so others may have better luck, but the signal on both my phone and my laptop was consistenly "poor" to "fair", and late at night the connection seemed to die. By the next morning everything seemed to work again, however. |

The hotel is well decorated and very clean. Breakfast is superb! The hotel has no air condition system and during warm days it is a disastrous experience, especially where rooms' windows facing to the west. The staff is not flexible when you complain about this and usually refuses to switch rooms. |

Perfect location for our purposes, close to the autobahn. Decent breakfast. Spacious garage but while travelling quite alot, I've never seen so labyrintish and difficult access to hotel room. No internet access in hotel room, wireless only in bar downstairs. |

It is a good hotel from which travel around Muchen and Ausburg not only by car but by train. Every thing is decent, comparing its price level. The only problme was the fact that wireless internet was not stable and too slow. |

It was a great value for the money, close to the airport for the trip home and the breakfast buffet lived up to it's reputation. Has an easily accessible parking garage and a very nice dining room with great selections. The air conditioning, while working, did not provide much cooling. Considering that most hotels we stayed in did not have air at all, this wasn't out of the ordinary. |
