It's amazing , nice location , where u can go anywhere from alexanderplatz station , shopping centers around , music is good , bar is good , good decoration n comfortable , don't forget to use the photo booth , n breakfast really yummy

Pillows needs to be bigger , the club was closed , and there was a day where the bar closed at 12:30 am !!!!!

I found the hostel very comfortable, clean and very good value for money. The location was brilliant and not to hard to find from the station

Was a great place to stay in Berlin. Fun and friendly staff, loads of activities. Bike rentals on site...that was the best time in Berlin.

I was told Pub crawl would bring us back to the hostel..we were stranded at the last bar across town...not too cool.

u get what u pay for so it was quite noisy and rooms small. btw do something about your user-unfriendly bed linen :D

good atmosphere all around

The location is perfect with the price. Staff are very friendly. There own night club is an ideal place esp. for ladies travel along who both expect night life and consider safety.

The shower place is a little bit open. No place to hang stuff inside every shower cubit.

Good location, near the city center. we could make a trip from TV tower to Brandenburger tor easily by walking. Inside the hostel, the atmosphere was really nice.

In general, the staff was good. But the reception was not that nice. Internet connection was bad.

- Very clean hotel. - One of the staff is nice man. He is one who is next to the computer or something and controls the hot spots stuff. - Very good price and such nice place. I have nothing to complain.

- They should have mixed room. When I was there, I was the only girl in a room of 5 men. These 5 men are in same group. Nothing happened as I changed to another room but I think it may be not safe.

The Internet is not perfect, the lockers in the rooms are not free.

I could use wifi. Shower and toilet room was cleen.

The front is too noisy to communicate when I visited.

It's just five-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and the price is fair enough. Well... if you're not picky, actually there's really nothing bad.

-room had a smell when I walked in -would be nice to have privacy curtains for the bunk beds b-athroom door is made of glass and at night when the light is on, it illuminates the entire room -only one elevator was working -bathroom floor had a lot of female hair on the floor, not sure if my room was a mixed sex room

poor Wi-Fi in the rooms, showers without any shelf/hook, which is quite uncomfortable

Great place to stay with friends! Very lively for solo travelers!

- no floor towel in the bathroom - water comes out of the shower - personel don't know where to park a car, it's very difficult to park in a cheap place/garage - elevator was defect

This is a good way to save cost in Berlin and the location is ok.

There is a pub in the first floor, so when you try to check in or check out from this hostel, you have to wait a long time.

1- One lady gave me one extra cup of coffe when i beg for one and said that i couldn't wake up with only one cup. 2-The hostel was very near to Alexandarplatz. It was about 3 minutes to get Tegel buses or Tv tower.

1- Late check-out and early check-in options are not always allowed and if they are available then you are charged with extra money. 2- Due to lack of required number of cleaning stuff, the bathrooms and the rooms were not clean and smelled bad. 3- The reception stuff and the people worked for serving breakfast were not friendly at all and they were like on a strike and doing things very slowly. 4- The breakfast is not open buffet; you just have your plate filled and one cup of coffe or tea and that's all you get. 5-The electronic card for opening room doors was not working correctly. I have never managed to open the door at first time: i had to try it for 7-8 times to get door open. 6-The hostel does not have a common restroom in the reception area. So if you do not have your card you cannot go to the restroom in your room by elevator; because elevator needs your card to operate.
