All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Size and location of room was ok. Easy to find/get access to the hotel. Good with indoor parking in gararge. Good to get access to kitchen in order to prepare porridge for the infant child. There should be a manned reception at least until midnight. The bar could also be open until this hour. We were missing a wine opener in the room. |

No restaurant, small rooms, wi-fi Internet access only on the ground floor (very low signal), administrator has very poor english, have to leave room at 10-30 but not at 12 as that is written in prospects. |

Das Zimmer befand sich in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Nicht gefallen hat mir an diesem Hotel, dass die Rezeption nur zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt ist und man telefonisch Kontakt zu einem Verantwortlichen aufnehmen muss. Weiterhin ist zu bemängeln, dass es nicht möglich war vor 24 Uhr zu schlafen. |

Nettes Personal In unserem Zimmer war es sehr warm, und man konnte die Heizung leider nicht selber regeln. Keine Vollkornsemmeln zum Frühstück. |

Sehr günstige Lage zur Messe. Frühstück angemessen. Preis-/ Leistung sehr gut. Teilweise leichte Defizite bei der täglichen Zimmerreinigung. In unserem Fall stand auf der Duschummauerung noch ein offenes Duschgel-Fläschchen eines Vormieters... vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. |

Trotz sehr später Anreise alles Super und Komplikationslos! Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich & höflich! Hotelzimmer waren gut gedämmt! Sauberkeit im Bad. Es standen die Flaschen mit Shampoo von den wahrscheinlich drei letzten Besuchern noch dort. Ablage oberhalb der Dusche an der Tür wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt! |

Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Check-In / Check-Out. Elektronische Schließanlage bietet Unabhängig von der Rezeption. Freies Parken. Kostenloser Internetzugang. Sehr schöne Anlage (Wintergarten, Garten. Preislich sehr günstig. Frühstück recht dürftig, gerade ausreichend (nur Aufbackbrötchen aus dem Supermarkt, sehr wenig Auswahl beim Aufschnitt). Zimmerausstattung (Zimmer 206): viele Glühbirnen haben gefehlt, z. T. auch Lampenschirme; nicht alle Steckdosen haben funktioniert; keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilation; Fernbedienung vom Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert, der Duschkopf war nicht ganz in Ordnung . Kein Schuhlöffel, keine Schuhputzmaschine im Hotel |

Kommunikation mit Mitarbeiter / Angestellten war etwas schwierig. Und dass es bei der Reservierung eines Doppelzimmers für eine Person kein Doppelbett, sondern nur 2 Einzelbetten gab. Dann hätte ich auch ein Einzelzimmer bestellen und weniger zahlen können. |

Die Nähe zur Tui-Arena ist für Veranstaltungen vorteilhaft. Das Restaurant bzw. die Bar hatten ohne Hinweise geschlossen. Nach dem Stadtbummel freuten wir uns auf ein Frischgezapftes lt. Getränkekarte, es gab aber nichts. Für einen Preis von 75 Euro hätten wir mehr erwartet. |
