Staff were excellent, very helpful at all times. Room was clean and had a very good bathroom. Buffet breakfast was great. On the Internet it said it was located 1km from the main railway station. It was about that distance from the station at Neu Ulm but about 3km from the main station at Ulm. It was a long walk with backpacks! Internet was only available in rooms with a cable connection. Wifi in lobby only.

10 mins walk from the concert/sports venue ratiopharm arena. Excellent restaurant with a good choice of food and beers. Spacious room. Clean and simple room. Fast cabled Internet connection. Friendly staff. Poor choice at breakfast as refills were not taken care of. Unsafe extra bed. No WiFi. No soap. No 24/24 reception. No elevator (not a complaint; just be aware of it).

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich okay, auch konnte ich mein Zimmer schon wesentlich früher beziehen als vorgesehen (16.00 Uhr ist auch relativ spät). Wünschenswert wäre ein Fahrradverleih, da die Anbindung an den öffentl. Nahverkehr, zumal am Wochenende, nicht optimal ist.

Kein WLAN, Zimmer extrem überheizt, trotz 2 offener Fenster hatte ich Kopfschmerzen, liegt eventuell auch an der noch neuen Bodenlackierung, die ausdampfen mußte??

Das Zmmer war voll in Ordnung. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wollte um 21,45 Uhr im Restaurant bestellen, aber das Tel. war nicht geschaltet. Bis 22 Uhr soll es aber Speisen geben ?
