Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service. Extra Kosten für Parkplatz sowie extra Kosten für Internetnutzung deutlich zu hoch. Diese sollten in den Übernachtungskosten enthalten sein. |

Das freundliche und zuforkommende Personal. Großes Zimmer. Leise, wenn die Fenster zu waren. Scheinbar sehr gut isolierte Fenster. Im restoran waren die Doraden nicht ganz frisch oder zumindest nicht so exzelent geschmekt. Sonst passte alles sehr gut. |

ik kreeg een invalidekamer, hoewel we 3 kamers reserveerden en dus een goede client zijn. Ik haat invalidekamers. Die zijn kil, te groot en het bed was ontzettend hard! |

Ausgesrochen freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Service. Parkplatz des Hotels mit 0,60€ pro 30 min relativ teuer bei längerem Aufenthalt,wenn man z.B. für Ausflüge den Parkplatz öfter verlässt. Bleibt der Wagen nach der Ankunft ständig geparkt, so beträt die Gebühr 8,00€/Tag |

zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooi verzorgd hotel, luxe kamer en op het moment dat wij arriveerden was de temperatuur buiten rondom de 30 graden, de airco in de kamer was een welkome verrassing. |

Goede parkeerplaats. Vriendelijke ontvangst; al het personeel was overigens zeer vriendelijk en correct, op één uitzondering na. Ruime, praktisch ingedeelde kamer. Alles functioneerde naar behoren. Je hoorde geen geklap van kamerdeuren etc. Ontbijtbuffet viel wat tegen: roerei niet echt smakelijk, vleeswaren een beetje rommelig opgediend, onsmakelijke koffie. Eén ober viel geheel uit de toon door zijn onbeleefde gedrag, terwijl de andere personeelsleden een pluim verdienen. |

Wij hadden een comfort kamer geboekt met extra lange bedden, maar hebben een kamer met zeer oude bedden met lattenbodems gekregen die bij elke beweging kraakte. Wij haddan aangegeven dat een de gasten last heeft van huisstofmijtallergie op basis van die gegevens zouden wij een kamer hebben gekregen die geschikt zou zijn voor gasten met genoemde allergie. |

grande confort ed eleganza, ottimo breakfast e posizione tranquilla vicina al centro storico - isola pedonale, dove vi sono vari ristoranti caratteristici e dove si può passeggiare la sera, efficiente e disponibile lo staff, ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo E' un po' distante dalla stazione, ma ben servito da tre autobus che lo collegano alla stazione ferroviaria. Peraltro i collegamenti ferroviari tra Wiesbaden e Francoforte sono nei giorni feriali frequenti |
