Breakfast very poor
Cleanliness, polite staff, very central
Only 1 key per room, you have to come back together or you will be sleeping in the street after 10pm
Ideal location, helpful & friendly staff, clean, excellent value. Would definitely stay here again
Location. Comfortable bed. Quiet road.
Bathroom too cramped - toilet squeezed in next to heated towel rail so you burn your leg!
Beds, The gates you have to unlock when coming home of a night - Not the best when on a stag do of 10 with only a few keys! ha
Friendly staff, good location, very good value for money, good breakfast. Adequate for the price paid.
Lighting in room poor, and stairs and corridor a bit bleak.
Good value for money. Free Wi Fi.
central location, good wifi
Bad smell, no services, no bar, no restaurant, stains on furniture, holes in towels, no phone in room, no reception at night, " Use lane beside hotel for access at night ", This could not be a 3 star hotel in the developed world
Great hotel, very close to the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). Room was spotless, and comfortable. Staff pleasant. Great value for money!
It was like below average student accommodation and at 279 euros a night was way too expensive even though there was a trade fair in Hanover .
Location car parking for seven euros a day clean and bathrooms fine beds also good
Carpet wet curtains thin street noisy - but ok if you ask for a room at the back
central location could park in the back yard for seven euros a day staff friendly and helpful
noisy at night if you have a room on the street - those facing the back yard were fine a light bulb was missing and part of the carpet was wet
The hotel was old but comfortable, and it was very handy having a small fridge in the room, as well as Wi-Fi access. It is very close to the Steintor station and the Kropcke commercial area, so it's very easy to move around the city, and the Central Station is only a few minutes away on foot or a couple minutes on train.
I would have liked more electrical sockets in the room. It had one next to the table, great for my laptop, but the other one was next to the door, and it had none next to the other bedside table, so it was difficult charging my cell phone. Other than that, the room was nice for the price, if only a bit old.
It's great that visitors get complimentary WiFi access. The room and bath were very nice for the price.
Rooms should have a telephone to reach the receptions whenever necessary. I did not have a mobile phone and was not able to contact anybody from the room after I arrived. I arrived late and had questions once in the room, but the receptionist had locked up the doors and I could not make a phone call. I had not been given the password for the WiFi access. That should be done at the time of check-in. Other than this I did not have any issues and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The location, the fact that the night guard came at midnight to give me the keys, the cleanliness.
There was no member of staff at night in the building : I find that extremely dangerous because in case of fire nobody is in charge to call the firemen. It might be that everybody in the building is a foreigner and does not know whom to call.
well worth thinking about - a good option
Location, free Wi-Fi.
Mattress was not comfortable. Temperature inside the room was not pleasant.
When you're paying £50 for 3 people to staying in the city centre, you're obviously not expecting the Ritz! So with that in mind, I can't fault this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, great location, really comfy beds for a good price.
Hotel is only about 10 minutes to Altstadt and 5 minutes next to Hauptbahnhof. The room and the WC are quite new.
Next to the hotel there are a couple of pubs/discos. So at weekends it could be noisy due to people talking loud in the street. WC has no ventilation.
noisy trams most of the night.
got location. With this price everything is just fine.
No tea making facilities in room
Great location to central station and üstra line. Staff was very helpful and nice.
Nearby, easy to find and responsive to requests. Great value and excellent breakfast!
