Staff were all friendly, bar was open late, breakfast was good, room was quiet, location was near the Oktoberfest, cleaners were excellent. Costly to stay there during Oktoberfest compared to rest of year. |

On a quiet residential street and only 5 minutes walk from the underground station. Rooms are clean and the breakfast was good. Rooms are a bit cramped and lacking some basic items such as coffee maker or safe. |

Room was clean and secure, and the breakfast was very good. Good location for the price. Free parking at the back. Rooms are small, lift is slow, and TV is tiny. |

Only a 15-20minute walk to the Oktoberfest venue, bar downstairs, clean enough and the staff were reasonably helpful when we turned up really early. A couple of things. They let a random person into our room without too much of a security check. Turns out she was a friend of my brother, who had given her all the details on where we were staying, but it left us with an uncomfortable feeling. The second thing was that they tried to overcharge us for the extra bed we had in the room. This site said it was €10 per night for an extra bed in the room and we had to have a massive argument with the staff and owner when they tried to charge us €30 per night extra! |

The breakfast was great - big range of food and lots of it. The fridge in the room was noisy - we had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. |

Easy access to many ammenities we were looking for by walking, but very good access to metro as well. moved us from 3 rooms to 2 rooms, but did not offer us a better rate. |

Nice location, very good breakfast (there was even a fresh juice), very helpful staff The room was not very clean and needed repair (the walls were dirty, the frame of window chipped etc.). There were some holes in the blanket)) |
