Very modern rooms. Great breakfast buffet.

Very rude, unfriendly & unprofessional male receptionist (was not greeted on arrival, unprofessional check-in) Too many stairs around the hotel (hard to get around with a stroller and lots of luggage) Very narrow. Room was way too small. Impossible to stay with 2 large suitcases.

Hotel is located in quite district but not far from historic center. Good for families with children.

There were many bugs in our bed in the room. Some of us were bited by them.

This hotel is located very conveniently, in quiet city centre. All nearly. I walked.to museums, pinakoteks. Nimphenburg Palace, Schwabing, English Garden..I like to walk! New Orly and Munich are very comfortable!!!

It was very nice butique hotel (modern style). Close to the center, but very quiet. You can sleep with open windows. Tasty breakfast. Hotel is perfect for city break, even with children. I recommend this place.

- difficulties with parking place, - synthetic bedding, - lack of hot water, - not enough space in the room - it was regular double room with four beds

The shower was very powerful. The breakfast was excellent and the beds were very comfortable

The breakfast buffet was ok, they had eggs and fresh orange juice,but the cold cuts were only pork. The apples at the reception desk were tasty. I asked the receptionist if I can use a microwave to do a bag of popcorn and she took the extra step and assisted me with my request.

The elevator is small and has blue neon lights that dont really enhance anyones features. The hotel states that they have free parking, but its only 6 parking lots behind the hotel available. They offered us to buy parking for 10 euros/day at a garage close by. There is a parking in front of the hotel as well, 5-6 lots and the receptionist said we can only leave the car there 5-10 min while we take the luggage down. But we saw other cars were parked there for a very long time without getting a fine. It was very noisy, starting 8 in the morning, I believe they were fixing something in the hotel.

Tasteful decor, comfy beds, clean and roomy. Excellent breakfast.

Noisy, internal phone system was non-operational, no 'Do not disturb sign', no hotel info in the room, television did not work. A noticeable lack of 'service provision'. No tea or coffee in rooms and and no room service.

Internet fast.

Breakfast was good, fresh squeezed do it yourself orange juice. There are two breakfast floors, eat at the higher one. More options.

Elevator too small, take a long time. Location not real centralized but close to subway. Not much good restaurants too eat arround. The best was an indian restaurant named Rama. (Not to be mistaken for the terrible Taj Majal). Front desk guy doesnt speak a word of english, really difficult to converse. The lady there was more english profecient. I didnt really like Munich that much...

Excellent quality-price ratio. Great breakfast, extremely kind staff, everything clean, wifi was working correctly (could be best but it was enough), comfortable and big all-new rooms. Conveniently located, not far from the city center.

I only can complain about such a small thing as the room-service/do-not- disturb note that you can use to warn the cleaning staff when to enter into your room to do their job. It doesnt exist in this hotel.

Barking of shower booth was gone.so when we take a shower , so uncompertable because water would come out of bathroom's floor.

Very clean room equipped with a very new furniture, smells fresh, excellent and delicious breakfast, helpful staff, quiet and lovely hotel area.

Fair Wifi strength

This was a lovely affordable break from staying in hostel dorms throughout our trip. The room was recently renovated and therefore very modern; it was warm and comfortable and had a lovely private bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer provided. The TV had 3 English speaking channels. WiFi had good reception in our room. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and included in the room price. It was also only 2 train stops from Munich Hoftbahnhof which was handy when arriving.

It was possible to walk into the center of town from the hotel (20-30 minutes), but really required the metro to get there. For people who are on a tight budget, the ubahn costs can add up a bit.

Well located. Clean.

Quiet location, yet reasonably close to tram and slightly farther to s- bahn and trains. Good for city travel.

No kettle in the room. I like it to be there when I come after a busy day.
