Excellent location, easy to walk from the main train station,and also just adjacent to the pedestrian zone of the city. |

The hotel had an air of class. There was a lovely atmosphere. It was in a good location close to the main town square and station. The room was gorgeous, with a good bathroom and a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff were very friendly. Definitely one of the best city hotels I've stayed in. |

I did not stay, my daughter and her friends did. They are college students on their first trip alone. They enjoyed their stay and thought the staff was very helpful. The request for an additional bed was taken care of in advance. I spoke with the staff from USA and they were very professional and kind. |

Excellent staff in all areas - restaurant, reception, cleaning staff. Spacious and quiet room, on the back of the 5th floor, with a nice view. This may not be the case for all the rooms though. Good breakfast. Tiny and hidden parking lot on the back entrance, difficult to get in and expensive. Use the public parking just right next door, which is easy to park, modern and unexpensive. |

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We were really only using this a place to sleep on our trip along the Romantic Road but the hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. It had a parking garage nextdoor so that was a bonus. |

Great central location. Great room ( junior suite) with massive bathroom suite, great value, excellent attentive staff. Overall an excellent value stay in the city centre 8 mins walk from main railwat station (hauptbanhof) and a 2 min walk to main tram station & main city centre shopping area. No air conditioning in suite.beware of 5 churches close by all with working bells which strike from 6:30 am but which are well dealt with by triple glazing, but no air conditioning which leaves a bit of a conundrum.. |

Location is good, hotel staff is very nice and helpfull Romms facing the main street are noisy, there are quiet rooms but not in the internet price, I found about it only at checkout. |
