A hotel with Mediterranean charm, centrally located at the pedestrian zone Königsplatz square and only 300 metres away from the main train station.

Guests value the comprehensive breakfast buffet, the neat and modern guest rooms, the friendly hotel team, the intimate atmosphere and the great nearby restaurants.

In the hotel you will also find a small sauna area and a hotel bar, WLAN access and a public internet terminal.

Parking facilities are available directly beside the hotel or in the parking garage nearby. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and also a night clerk is present for your convenience.

Excellent staff in all areas - restaurant, reception, cleaning staff. Spacious and quiet room, on the back of the 5th floor, with a nice view. This may not be the case for all the rooms though. Good breakfast.

Tiny and hidden parking lot on the back entrance, difficult to get in and expensive. Use the public parking just right next door, which is easy to park, modern and unexpensive.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We were really only using this a place to sleep on our trip along the Romantic Road but the hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. It had a parking garage nextdoor so that was a bonus.

Great central location. Great room ( junior suite) with massive bathroom
suite, great value, excellent attentive staff. Overall an excellent
value stay in the city centre 8 mins walk from main railwat station
(hauptbanhof) and a 2 min walk to main tram station & main city centre
shopping area.

No air conditioning in suite.beware of 5 churches close by all with
working bells which strike from 6:30 am but which are well dealt with by
triple glazing, but no air conditioning which leaves a bit of a
conundrum..

good breakfast, right at downtown Augsburg, paid parking recommended by the hotel is convenient.

room is small for 4. It is quite expensive for what you get.

Location is good, hotel staff is very nice and helpfull

Romms facing the main street are noisy, there are quiet rooms but not in the internet price, I found about it only at checkout.

It was easy to find from the directions given. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The most perfect soft boiled eggs for breakfast - not easy to do!

Good location, close to Christmas Market. Friendly, helpful staff. We are a family of four and stayed in the quadruple room. It worked very well for us and was a good value for our money.

Great location immediately adjacent to pedestrianized area. Friendly, helpful staff.

Garage was close to hotel, but a separate charge. It would be nice to have more than CNN in English on television...

The hotel is only 500 meters from the city center and it is very convenient. Hotel staff is very friendly and nice!

Unfortunatly it was very laud in the room with opened windows. I had to close them at night.
