Walking distance to Central RR station and all city attractions.

Noisy location! Buses stopping outside. A lot of street noise, people yelling in the middle of the night. I would definitely request a room in the back!

Located at the heart of the city. Features an excellent breakfast buffet.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Was warm though and with construction around it was noisy during the day but quiet at night. Breakfast was superb and a real surprise considering the hotel looks quite plain from the outside. Breakfast area was very pretty and the food was excellent.

5th floor where my room was had no elavator. Had to take elavator to 4th floor and then walk up the rest of the way.

Fantastic service

As there are road works in the vicinity of the hotel the gps kept giving directions that could not be driven, hence it took us nearly one hour of driving around. This was not the hotel's fault as they mentioned on the confirmation slip.

Excellent breakfast, nice staff, quiet location, good shower and water pressure. Parking right in front of the hotel.

The room was very nice, staff were helpful, but the highlight was the breakfast, which was superb - a lot of freshly made items and a lovely setting.

Grat location, walk to the Christmas markets, walk to the train station. We had a very spacious room, really impressed with value for money.

Hotel in the very city center with perfectly soundproof windows. Excellent location, old city pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Friendly and professional staff, very good rooms with excellent beds.

Very small elevator may be an issue for mothers with baby carriage or people in wheelchair.

hotel is located really close to main city shopping area

there are currently road works on the street where hotel is located. so it is very difficult to drive to hotel as main street is blocked. it was cold in the room, luckily there is a sauna in hotel

Great location. Very convenient to walk to the old town. Free parking just outside the hotel. Excellent breakfast in a spacious and beautiful dining room. Hotel corridors arë nicely scented. A good class hotel. We enjoyed our star very much.

Street construction work does not allow parking near the hotel, but we could find and use the underground garage not far from the hotel. Sauna was not functional.

Every member of the staff we met was cheerful,helpful and efficient. We could not have been better looked after.

Every time we come in this city we stay in this hotel. The smiling staff , especially in reception.comfortable and clean rooms.the special breakfast , big variety and good place.is simply the best !!

The location was perfect. Right by the Christmas Markets / downtown.

The room was noisy and I had to use ear plugs at night.

We have stayed here a couple of times and as usual the staff were friendly and helpful.Would recommend it to any other travellers
