Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location for shopping and other attractions. Hotel is on a very busy road, making it very noisy. Rooms are double glazed but level of traffic noise is still noticable. Forget about having the windows open. Also the hotel rooms would benefit from having tea & coffee making facilities, and free wi-fi access. |

I liked the courteous and attentive staff, and the loaction of the hotel that was convenient to the historical area. There was no hot water kettle in the room for tea or coffee. |

Room and breakfast were good. Omelets available but only if you ask. Check the "menu" at the table. On the main street of town with streetcars and other traffic noise as well as loud pedistrians who have had too much to drink. |

Service was very good!! Very professional. Staff knowledgeable and pleasant. Hotel is very attractive. Great parking arrangement Excellent breakfast service and menu. Good location easy to get to and out of city by car. Only five minute walk to db trains. Very fine hotel at a attractive price. Fluent in English. We like a room with lot so light and a view. In Europe most hotels of this nature face the streets so the noise may be a problem at night. Hotel Ost has triple glazed windows so this is not a problem. They provided a quiet fan to keep room cool at night. In considering this hotel you need to compare it to many quality European hotels where the bathrooms are small but well appointed and sparkling clean. |

Central location, next to the pedestrianised city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Free internet in Lobby. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Lack of air-con in hotel room combined with traffic / pedestrian noise if windows were left open to keep the room cool. Very limited parking at front of hotel (there is a small car pack at the back of the hotel, but access, via a pedestrianised area with street cafes, is not easy). |

Central Location, very friendly and helpful staff, cleanleniss of the room, they had a special last minute offer - good value for money. There are different sizes of rooms in the hotel. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but we didn't mind, as we retuned to the hotel just for an overnight. Could be important for some people: there is no air conditioning, but there is a fan in the room. |

Location is great, within walking distance to city center. Stuff is helpful Parking is not so easy especially we have to drive through pedestrian road (which is closed for car). Shower room need to be repaired, water cannot go through the sink. |

Our family room was spacious and had a large bathroom. The breakfast was generous and offered a variety of food. The hotel is just on the perimeter of the historic district. The parking was not onsite, but at a nearby public garage. |
