During our weekend stay, the staff were very friendly and we experienced excellent service. The en-suite room was of an excellent standard and included a tv and mini-bar. Breakfast was excellent and we would certainly book here again on our next visit to Bochum. |

Freundliches Personal, gute Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums zu Fuß, Frühstück: ausreichende Auswahl. Viel zu wenig Schrankplatz, sogar für nur eine Übernachtung. |

Die Wartezeit bis zur Klärung der Zimmerfrage (s.u.) wurde mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk überbrückt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichhaltig. Der Hinweis bei der Buchung auf ein Zustellbett für den Sohn wurde nicht beachtet und führte bei der Ankunft zu einer vermeidbaren und emotionalen geführten Diskussion (Kundenfehler = hat nicht für 3 Personen gebucht). Zustellbett war im vorgesehenen Doppelzimmer nicht möglich. Problem wurde jedoch durch die kostenlose Zurverfügungstellung eines direkt angrenzenden Einzelzimmers zufriedenstellend gelöst. |

Sehr aufmerksamer, guter Service. Gemütliches Ambiente. Auf dem Zimmer fand ich keine Infos über das Hotel wie: Frühstückszeiten, wann ich die im Aushang angeboten Snacks bekommen kann und wo?. Das Sauna und kleines Schwimmbad vorhanden sind etc. |

Das Zimmer lag nach vorne und war sehr laut. Obwohl gewünscht, war es kein Nichtraucherzimmer. Das Zimmer war winzig, die Toilettentür nur ein Vorhang. Parkplatz im Hof voll. Mobiliar nicht nur im Zimmer eher antik, wohl noch aus den 70igern. |
