The location is great and close to the train station. The room has great design and comfort bed.

Some of the staff are quite friendly but some are not. We have asked several questions regards to transportation and she showed a bit annoyed.

No shower caps and if you are a light sleeper then request rooms away from railway track

one of the recption lady made me very uncomfortable, she seen to be racial discriminaiton to chinese people. the training of the workers for this hotel still have a long way to go.

The hotel is brand new and is very comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a sauna. The hotel has a very nice bar / restaurant / breakfast area. Hotel's location is excellent -both central and very calm.

Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

The train noise can be a bit annoying, so if a light sleeper request courtyard side if hotel, but the view from the train side of the park is great? Pricing of breakfast seems high. Surprised there was no tea/coffee maker in rooms, which would be the perfect touch.

This is Berlins best hotel compared to the price - period! Staff are not good but the best I have ever encountered and I have been staying at at least 125 hotels . VERY caring staff, rooms fantastic, cleanest I have seen. Beds comfortable, bathrooms luxurious, location perfect close to everything but still a bit secluded, Just try it - you will love it!!!!

Staid here in the end of December 2012. The hotel looks really nice if you like grey color. Almost everything is more or less grey inside and outside. Location is perfect – really close to Ku-damm (approx. 1.5-2 min walking distance). You can absolutely trust photos on their web page – 100% true. Nice small gas fireplace in the lobby. Everything in this hotel seems to be really new you can even feel the smell of new doors in corridors. Room is not really big but ergonomics seems to be acceptable. Room is clean. Three different sizes of pillows available. There is no wardrobe but still there is enough place to store your clothes. Wooden floor in the room. Bathroom is big enough but not enough light in there – seems to be a big minor point for me. At the same time they have heated floor (Devi) there and it really do help – no humidity within five minutes after the shower. Water pressure is wonderful. Staff is friendly, speaks good English and presented us two vouchers for a glass of wine in the hotel bar (have not used it – so can not review the bar anyway). On the first floor there is a snack and drinks machine which offers some chocolate, nuts, soft drinks and beer – was helpful as there is no minibar in the room. Breakfast was nice with not a great variety but absolutely enough. They have fresh fruits, two types of fresh croissants (believe me: really good, I am sure as I am the “croissant specialist”), sparkling wine, three types of salami, three types of ham and wide variety of cheeses and youghurts and etc. Normal coffee waiters offer you will be filtered poor quality coffee so recommend to ask for espresso from the coffee machine. Parking is really close (something like 100 m away) and costs 12 eur which seems to be a good price. Can be paid either at the parking and at the hotel reception – price will be the same. Price for the New Year period was not that low but I still recommend to consider this hotel for all Berlin visitors.

Everything except the bed was A++++ would definately stay there again

The bed (matress) was not very confortable. Pillows are great though.

Really nice designed hotel, superb location. We didn't try the breakfast but there are very nice small restaurants very close around with extraordinary breakfast.

Location was very convenient, close to train and the bus to main terminal. Great restaurants all around the hotel and the square close by (I recommend the '12 Apostles' near the entrace to the train station). The hotel has a small gym which was a bonus. Food in the restaurant was good quality and good value. The bar man, whose name now escapes me was very friendly and efficient. Also loved the Aveda products in the room.

The €4.50 charge for a bottle of water in the room was excessive.

Clean, elegant modern design without being stuffy. The staff was effortlessly courteous and pleasant, incredibly helpful. The location for the price is ideal. Proximity to transit is perfect. All the room features are modern and work flawlessly. Floor to ceiling windows that open to a pleasant courtyard, generally quiet kids playground. The neighborhood around Ku'damm is relaxed and filled with great eateries and little stores, but in minutes you can be on the best shopping street in Berlin.

A small wish, it would have been nice to have access to a refrigerator. The cleaning staff comes by before 8 a.m. — put a do not disturb sign out before going to bed if you want to avoid an unexpected situation!

H'Otello K'80 is very nice and the location is also good.

New, clean, modern hotel, very easy to find and close to the shopping and walking area

After writing to the reservation team more than a month before our stay and asking for a room on the highest possible floor (7 floors in total) not facing the passing trains, on arrival we received a room on the first floor facing directly the S-Bahn. The reception stuff was not polite at all and no matter we called the hotel 2 days before arrival with the same request for a quiet room, they did nothing to fulfil this request. After a long discussion we were moved on the next day (stayed 3 night altogether) to a room on the second floor facing the back garden. The trains are very noisy and I would only stay there again if guaranteed a back facing room!

The hotel location was excellent and the room was amazing, new and clean.

Almost everything :) Its just near a railway but the windows are so good you almost don't ear anything. Big room, simple and design decoration.

Maybe should have a second lift to the floors.
