Comfortable room and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The main problem was that the room was rather overheated and it was a very dry heat, provoking a cough, but it was so cold outside (about minus 5) that one could not open the window for longer than a few minutes without getting cold. We tried turning the radiator down but it did not seem to make a great deal of difference.

De fraaie ontbijtruimte en het ontbijt. Uitstekend.Tuin ook goed ondanks ligging tussen de bebouwing. Parkeren goed. Rustige straat in buitewijk. Ontbreken van een lift. Vier trappen op sjouwen met bagage is een hele toer.

Frühstück i.O., Bett bequem, genügend Parkraum vorhanden. Sehr laute Geräusch auf dem Flur durch Mitbewohner(Arbeiter). Laute Türschließgeräusch durch Zimmertüren(Systembedingt durch Schließanlage). Muffiger Geruch auf Etagenflur.

Ein großes Plus für uns waren: das gute Frühstück, der hübsche Frühstücksraum mit Terrasse, das Vorhandensein von Rolläden an den Fenstern, die Sauberkeit und die familiäre Atmosphäre. Soweit man nicht mit dem Auto anreist, könnte die Entfernung zur Straßenbahn (etwa 800m) für Menschen mit Einschränkungen in der Gehfähigkeit etwas weit sein.

Het ontbijt was prima en het personeel aldaar leuk Mijn een persoonskamer was niet meer van deze tijd. Het tapijt moet nodig vervangen worden en er was slechts vitrage maar geen overgordijnen.
