Comfortable room and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The main problem was that the room was rather overheated and it was a very dry heat, provoking a cough, but it was so cold outside (about minus 5) that one could not open the window for longer than a few minutes without getting cold. We tried turning the radiator down but it did not seem to make a great deal of difference.

Ein sehr ruhiges Hotel, klein aber fein, absolute Sauberkeit, die Sanitäranlagen funktionieren einwandfrei, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet in einem paradisischen Ambiente, genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung Fehlanzeige

Tranquillita, silenzio colazione abbondante Chiusura di domenica pomeriggio quando sono arrivato, nel booking c'era scritto dalle 13.30, invece apriva alle 18.30 mancanza di rimborso per eventuale annullamento prenotazione

Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm. Für den Preis völlig in Ordnung!!! Musste um 11 Uhr auschecken... Habe mich um ne halbe Stunde vertan,also ne halbe Stunde später die Zimmerschlüssel an der Rezeption abgegeben und wurde unhöflich und blöd vom einem Herren, vermutlich der chef des Personals angemacht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war allerdings sehr nett und höflich.

Bij aankomst bleek dat het ontbijt op zondag pas om 8 uur is. Aangezien ik om half 8 uit het hotel moest vertrekken vanwege een marathon kon ik geen ontbijt krijgen. Op het boekingsformulier stond. overnachting met ontbijt. En uitchecken vanaf half 7tot 11 's morgens. dan ga je er van uit dat je om 7 uur wel kunt ontbijten.... Niet dus. We kregen daarom wel een klein deel van de overnachtingskosten terug, maar moesten zaterdag 'smiddags om half 6 nog wel op zoek naar een supermarkt om zelf voor ontbijt te zorgen. dit was geen relaxte voorbereiding voor mijn marathon!!

Günstiges, zweckmäßiges Hotel. Frühstück reichlich. Sauber. Lauter Lüfter im Bad (wenn Licht im Bad angeschaltet). Lautes Türen- schließen. Leicht reparaturbedürftig.

“Excellent hotel to stay for couples with young childern who wants to enjoy a weekend break at Essen. Room was very clean and the beds where very good.
