Celý hotel i restauraci obsluhovala jedna jediná slečna. Když byla v restauraci, jež se nachází na jiném patře než vlastní hotel, byla na recepci německy psaná cedulka, že si ji tam máme najít. Tedy doufám. Německy neumím a v tomto hotelu personál neumí pro změnu anglicky. V koupelně bylo vypotřebované a nedoplněné mýdlo na ruce a nefungovala televize. Na žádost, kterou mi musel přeložit kolega, došlo k nápravě.

Freundlichkeit des Personals. Möglichkeit des Park- bzw. Einstellplatzes, da ansonsten in direkter Umgebung keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Ruhe im Zimmer, trotz der zentralen Lage. Ausgewogenes Frühstücksbuffet. Übereifrigkeit eines Praktikanten, vielleicht zukünftig eine bessere Einweisung und / oder Information.

sehr umfangreiche Auswahl zum Frühstück, trotz Innenstadtlage keine Lärmbelästigung (bei geschlossenen Fenstern) zu wenig Zimmerkarten bzw. Hausschlüssel, so dass Personen aus Mehrbettzimmern andere Wege suchen müssen, um mal getrennte Abende zu verbringen (lautes Klopfen an Zimmertür, bereits schlafende per Handy wecken, usw.)
