The hotel was good and clean. The breakfast was great. There was a massive traffic jam at the reception desk for morning check- out. Only one person was at the reception desk and there was a big group (over 20).

Ruhiges Hotel, zentral gelegen, gute saubere Zimmer (bis 5 Etage renoviert) sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis besser als manch 4 Sterne-Hotel Frühstück sehr reichhaltig mit schönem Panoramablick, allerdings etwas zu teuer (14,-€ P.Person)

Große, moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer in gutem Renovierungszustand freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Frühstücksraum im obersten Stockwerk des Hotels - gute Panorama-Aussicht über Rheinebene.

Geweldig ruime kamer met uitstekend meubilair en bedden. Het uitzicht vanaf de 8e verdieping is overweldigend. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en luxe, zodat je voldaan op pad kunt. Het is jammer dat je er geen warme maaltijden kunt nuttigen. Tegenover is wel een Italiaans restaurant Rosengarten maar tijdens ons verblijf zo vlak voor de kerst gesloten, wat bij receptie ook niet bekend was.

Frühstücksbuffet war spitze in Auswahl und Qualität Zimmer sehr geräumig großer Flachbildschirm Ehebetten rutschen auseinander Tisch und Stühle sowie Heizungsverkleidung im Frühstücksraum sehr billig und einfach - gar nicht passend zu einem Hotel dieser Klasse Glasverkleidung an Aufzug stark verschmutzt über 2 Tage hin Zigaretten-Rauch-Geruch im Zimmer penetrant
