The hotel is in a great location, very central and close to all the major attractions. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The hotel did not have any curtains/blinds in the main room which was also a bedroom when sleeping four people. As the room faced east the intense sunlight in the morning was unpleasant and made sleeping after sunrise almost impossible. Curtains/blinds are required in this room, also from a privacy perspective.

We were thrilled with our apartment. The location was fabulous, very close to the Museums Insel (Island) and the shopping heaven of Friedrichstrasse, as well as many of the historical sights of this fascinating city. There were a number of supermarkets nearby to buy food if you want to cook in the well-appointed kitchen, otherwise there are many places close to the apartment to eat out. The bathroom was spacious and the rest of the apartment was roomy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Location

We stayed in one of the so called "management suites" and it turned out to be a great choice. The location was perfectly central, everything was within walking distance or a few metro stops away, the apartment was very comfortable and exactly like how it looked in the photo. We were at first a bit concerned about the comments on booking.com that there was no personnel available at site and you had to arrange in advance for check- in and check-out, but we experienced no problems. They were there at the time of the appointment and we could just drop the keys at the table for check out. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

It wasn't a problem for us since we didn't cook or plan to do so, but if that is a priority for you and you have expectations of a more elaborate kitchen, keep in mind that some apartments only have a rather basic and small kitchen. Ours did in any case...but the apartment of our friend had a big and more functional one, so it is good to inquire in advance. Also keep in mind that you do not get cleaning service during your stay (though there are two sets of towels and bed linen) so if you are picky with that, it is something to keep in mind.

Location is great, apartment is spacious perfect with a small kid

It's a great place in the city, near the U-bahn so you can travel to any destination in Berlin. And you can do great shoppings there.

On the photo's of my room I booked there was a bathroom with a bathtub. This was one of the things why I booked it. But when we arrived we ended up in an apartment with a small shower. This was a big disappointment and not nice of the renter. I wouldn't have paid this much for this apartment.

The appartment was very nice and the location of the apartment was very central in Berlin. The apartment had all we needed. It was very convinient with the roof terrace where we could relax after all the hours of shopping and sightseeing. The service was excellent.

The roof terrace could have been much nicer if there were some flowers and not only weeds. The madrass in the sleeping sofa in the living room was very unconfortable and there were too loudly to sleep with open window in the bedroom.

Excellent location, great value for money.

Curtains not dark enough to let you sleep late in the morning. In the shower, it was very, very difficult to have warm water. No matter what you did, it was either cold or extremely hot.

Good position, nice apartment.

Make sure you contact owners before arrivng as there is no one on the premises to admit you. Room can be warm as there is only one opening window.

It was a lovely large apartment with a good kitchen and bathroom and an excellent lounge. It was in a great central location with a U bahn 20 metres away. I loved the view from my apartment which was directly opposite the Tv tower. It was quiet internally and I had some good sleep whilst there(I am never normally a good sleeper on holiday). Joshua and the housekeeper we spoke to were very friendly and accommodating.

Tiny quibbles like the CD player in my apartment did n't work, my girl-friend's apartment balcony window did n't lock properly. We also found the door locks difficult to operate initially and maybe that could have been explained better on arrival.
