Excellent location. Well equipped. New facility. Best intentions.

This is not a complaint. As location is new, small improvements are required. Improve on shower, improve on internet services.

An excellent apartment stay at a reasonable price and in a good location.

No convenience store nearby. Could suggest pre-ordering facility for basic products - tea, sugar, bread, etc.

Aparthotel's location is very convenient to use public transportaion. Just In front of it there are M1(Museum Island),M6(Alexander platz), u- Ban and there is 147bus(BerlinHbf) station 5min-walk away from it. And it was very clean, spacious and comportable to stay with my kids. Around aparthotel, there are 24 hour open shop, pharmacy and various restaurents. I want to stay again, if we visit Berlin.

When I open the window, it was little bit noisy because of tram. But it was not big problem for me.

Nice apartment with a big terrace on the roof, plenty of space also inside.

An information’s folder regarding where to put the garbage, car parking etc. would have been nice. Very slow response when send e-mail to TopDomizil office.

we liked the location and comfort.

We rented the management suite. Great TV, kitchen and outdoor terrace. It was quiet enough with the windows shut. Ikea furniture was fine. Very friendly and accommodating people to deal with, highly reccommed staying here.

The bedroom only has 2 singles which isn't great for a couple, but we pushed them together and it was ok. The lounge has a double sofa bed alrigh though. The bedroom could do with some better blinds, the sun can reflect the morning sun into the room even when they are closed, minor gripes really.

The apartment was spacious and well located, I would definitely stay there again.

The location was superb. Easy walking distance to the shops and also to my conference. No taxis required! Also excellent value for money.

I could not get the TV to work. Maybe the remote needed new batteries but I also could not find a switch on the TV either. The lady who was there to greet me should have explained how this functioned .

address and room layout is so great

We stayed in one of the so called "management suites" and it turned out to be a great choice. The location was perfectly central, everything was within walking distance or a few metro stops away, the apartment was very comfortable and exactly like how it looked in the photo. We were at first a bit concerned about the comments on booking.com that there was no personnel available at site and you had to arrange in advance for check- in and check-out, but we experienced no problems. They were there at the time of the appointment and we could just drop the keys at the table for check out. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

It wasn't a problem for us since we didn't cook or plan to do so, but if that is a priority for you and you have expectations of a more elaborate kitchen, keep in mind that some apartments only have a rather basic and small kitchen. Ours did in any case...but the apartment of our friend had a big and more functional one, so it is good to inquire in advance. Also keep in mind that you do not get cleaning service during your stay (though there are two sets of towels and bed linen) so if you are picky with that, it is something to keep in mind.

It's a great place in the city, near the U-bahn so you can travel to any destination in Berlin. And you can do great shoppings there.

On the photo's of my room I booked there was a bathroom with a bathtub. This was one of the things why I booked it. But when we arrived we ended up in an apartment with a small shower. This was a big disappointment and not nice of the renter. I wouldn't have paid this much for this apartment.
