We were placed in 2 room appartment with nice kitchen, although I did not expect that at all! :-) The place was warm, the shower worked fine. Clean and nice! DVD rental is close :-) Very nice breakfasts! Nice staff both at the reception and in th breakfast room! During our 3 day stay the towels were changed first day but not others. The rooms felt very dry because of heeting system and that made everyone feeling continuously thirsty. By the way, in room 499 the main light in the small room does not work. You might need to fx it ;-)) |

check-in and out went smoothly, friendly staff Very noisy hotel, with a lot of tourists running in and out. This hotel does not have an own restaurant. |

Polite staff, clean room and facitilties. Non smoking romm and area very good. Safe parking, and very helpful mann ind the garage. The breakfast room is huge, could maybe be parted. |

I liked the breakfast and smile faces in the reception :-) I did not like the heat water system, it was very difficult to get warm mixed water in the bath room, the water was wither cold or hot, I hope this problem was only in my room :-) |

Si viajas en coche, tiene garaje con lo que es bastante seguro si dejas equipaje dentro.Lo mejor del hotel es que tiene un pub tipo irlandes al lado y esta genial si llegas cansado te tomas unas cervezas sin andar. Tambien, hay un restaurante aleman tradicional increible (Kartoffel o algo asi) a unos minutos.Que nadie se vaya de Hamburgo sin probarlo. Lo unico que es cierto es que en la ducha es imposible regular la temperatura del agua, o te quemas o te congelas. |

Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv, kurze Wege zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, günstige Übernachtung und gutes Frühstück, gutes Restaurant direkt beim Hotel. Kein kostenfreier Internetzugang zumindest in der Lobby, Heiß, und Kaltwasser war schwierig einzustellen, jedoch konnte man sich arrangieren. |

Im Rahmen einer Städtetour habe ich dieses Hotel ausgewählt. Schönes und ruhiges Zimmer. Anbindung zur U-Bahn ist sehr gut. Das Auto kann man bequem in der Garage stehen lassen. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. |

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Heizung im Badezimmer und im Zimmer funktionierte sehr gut, bis auf einmal wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Das Personal war freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen. |

Die lage in zusammenhang mit der guten öffentlichen anbindung durch die U2 war toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet das am wochenende bis 12 uhr geht ist großartig. Die zimmer sind toll. Die autobahn und großen straßen im umkreis sorgen trotz guter fenster leider für eine gewisse lärmbelästigung |

Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, frische Handtücher, eigene kleine Pantry für Frühstück, schneller Zugang zur Tiefgarage. Optimal für uns als Messeaussteller. Das Hotel ist durch Bus-Reisegruppen sehr laut, die Bauweise sehr hellhörig, der Straßenlärm in der Tat sehr hoch. Bei Rückkehr am Abend waren stehts alle Fenster geöffnet und die Heizung zu, somit unser Zimmer sehr kalt! |

Die prompten und freundlichen Auskünfte und Hilfen der Mitarbeiterinnen/-ter. Man konnte sich damit zu Hause und gut orientiert fühlen. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Auch dem Auto geht es gut. Ausstattung und Bedienqualität der Dusche im Bad sind entwicklungsfähig. Das Frühstück hält z.B. von der Geschlossenheit oder Vielfältigkeit mit dem Neptun in Stettin oder dem Preußenhof in Bad Liebenwerda nicht annähernd stand ( warme Strecke-Rührei,Obst) |

Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr auswahlreich. Die Brötchen waren sehr schön knusprig und der Kaffee frischgebrüht. Die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse war mehr als ausreichend. Außerdem konnte man das Hotel sehr gut mit s-Bahn und u-Bahn erreichen, z.B. auch nach Musicalende und späterem Nachtbummel. Was will man mehr? |

Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein wirkte daher sehr un aufgeräumt. Das Frühstück war einfalls los und an beiden Tage gleich.( wie schmeckt es einem erst nach einer Woche aufenthalt?) |
