Room service was bad Pries is expensive Staff are not kind Breakfast was not so good
The sister hotel is first class great food just over the road your made very welcome.
After travelling for 800 miles including a ferry trip, we got to our room and 10 minutes later had maintenance men come up to fix a wardrobe we didn't need, they didn't speak English, and one stood there talking German while his mate went to get a screw driver, all we wanted to do was sleep, surely this sort of thing can be done in the couple of hours between check out and check in, the. Reception gave another customer our room number so 10 minutes after the chuckle brothers left we had someone trying to get in our room, beds where uncomfortable, and do yourself a favour don't have a look under the sheets or pillow cases. Hotel is located in a cross roads consisting almost completely of kebab shops and hairdressers, so there's much to do if you want to go out.
In Room provided TV was antique, i.e very small ugly TV with Convex screen from 20 yrs ago. No mini-bar provided. No complimentary water bottle. The way they keep the glasses are horrible.
That was fair visit, booked for Double and gave me Twin Room. Location is just outskirt of city center.
- Paid Wifi - Breakfast could have been better
- Room - Proximity to shopping center - Staff Response to queries and request
I wonder why they have no free wifi, only one hour per 24 hours.
The room was with all you need, clean and quiet.
Not worth Euro 190/night breakfast was not bad, but there is room for max 50 persons, and when there are 100 persons trying to sit somewhere for breakfast, this is not best way to start the day
Hotel has all basic facilities, but no more than that
TV screen was smaller than an iPad.
Nice rooms, good breakfast, and pub next door. Subway within walking distance.
The bathroom was pretty small, and there wasn't hairdryer. They give us a room with two single beds, although we requested one king bed in the booking.
Well located, 5-10 minutes to Billstedt metro station. Big room, comfortable beds and everything was cleant. Breakfast buffet.
Not much really
Friendly staff, spotlessly clean with a good breakfast, all in all a very good experience which I would highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike
Huge rooms, bathtub, delicious breakfast, nice staff
Some hotel rooms dont have a hair dryers in it. So after washing my hair, I had to call to the lobby and ask for a dryer. The receptionist didn't want to help me out, instead she just answered they gave away all of them to the hotel guests already. I was devasted since wanted to go to the city. After my partner called them again (and spoke in german with them) she offered me a room keys from another room so I could use the hairdryer from there. Thank god! Although it took a second phone call to the lobby!
The hotel was OK, we had to stay just for one night and the hotel has its parking garage and it is situated next to the main road and only 8 minutes driving to the center. It was clean but very modest.
Staff in the restaurant doesnt seem to cope with the amount of people they have to look after in the mornings. Still sometimes difficult to get a taxi from the hotel in the mornings, though it is meanwhile existing for a couple of years.
Spacious rooms, good standard
