Lage ist gut, mit dem kfz zur City + Hafen ohne Komplikationen ( einfache Streckenführung) und schnell erreichbar, dto. Nahverkehr! Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden, personal besonders aufmerksam und freundlich, dazu kompetent. Frühstück üppig und bestens präsentiert. Abendbummel mgl. in belebter Straße, EK-Zentrum in der Nähe, kleine Fach-Geschäfte.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, dass Personal freundlich. Die Lage entspricht der Beschreibung , 15 minütige Fahrzeit ins Stadtzentrum. Der Standard entspricht allerdings keinem heutigem 4-Sterne Hotel. Keine gute Belüftung im Hotelzimmer, es roch sehr modrig. Der Service im Frühstücksbereich schlecht, halbvolle Kaffeesahne vom Tischgast zuvor blieb für uns stehen. Ziat: " Da ist ja noch was drin "

Die Lage des Hotels ist super für eine Wochenendtour nach Hamburg. Die U-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und fährt regelmäßig in kurzen Abständen. Nach ca. 10 Min. U-Bahn Fahrt ist man dann direkt in der HH-City. Wir waren Reisende mit Hund. Wir haben auch sehr gerne den Aufpreis gezahlt für unseren geliebten Vierbeiner. Nach unserer übernachtung wollten wir dann morgends Frühstücken gehen und konnten dies leider nur dann separat machen. Ich verstehe natürlich das Hotel hinsichtlich Hygienevorschriften etc. aber evtl. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit dem Hundebesitzer zu ermöglichen den Hund mit an den Tisch zu nehmen, so dass der Hund brav unter dem Tisch liegt. Evtl. Ein Tisch der am Eck liegt.

“Great buffet breakfast on for most of the morning, free wifi, excellent location less than 5 minutes from the central station makes it almost effortless, quick and very cheap to get to from the airport. The room safe is handy for storing cash and valuables (although it's not big enough to take a laptop). The room was silent and comfortable and there are loads of eating options nearby and the main shopping street is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel too. Outstanding value for money” James, Wigan |
