The breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice. Because there was no air conditioning we had to have the window open and the constant and very loud traffic noise meant that we did not have a single good night's sleep. The hotel was also very far out of the centre and we did not know beforehand that at the weekends you must get a bus for half an hour to the subway because it does not run as far as the hotel on weekends. |

Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr nett, die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, mit der U-Bahn ist man in 15 min. in der Innenstadt und man ist auch schnell auf der Autobahn. Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Geschäften direkt um die Ecke. |

Schimmel im Bad. Das Hotel hatte vielleicht in den 80er Jahren mal seine 4 Sterne verdient, aber jetzt bestimmt nicht mehr. Alles recht veraltet und das verschimmelte Bad inkl. kaputtem Waschbecken entsprecht eher 1 Stern. |

Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich gut. Mit dem Roomservice und dem Zimmermädchen waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. In unserem Zimmer gab es keine Klimaanlage!!! In der Nacht war es warm und stickig, was eigentlich für ein 4*Hotel nicht der Fall sein muss! Das Bad war nicht richtig geputzt, als wir ankamen. An den Wänden der Duschkabine klebten Haare... |

De vriendelijkheid van personeel,uitstekend ontbijt, de uitstraling van 't hotel zelf en het zwembadje was heerlijk 's ochtends en 's avonds na een dagje Hamburg te hebben bezocht. We waren in de gelukkige tijd dat het niet zo warm was op de kamer, wel in de gang was het warm. Op de kamer is geen airco. De faciliteit biedt niet echt de mogelijkheid om 's avonds lekker te gaan eten. |
