It was very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, eating facilities are close and convient. The parking is very bad doing the week. It appears to be a park and ride parking lot. |

Easy access from Hamburg Airport by public transport and great location for shopping. Àlthough the rate was very good I would class this as a 3*** Hotel.as it did not have air conditioning in either rooms or bar etc. |

The breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice. Because there was no air conditioning we had to have the window open and the constant and very loud traffic noise meant that we did not have a single good night's sleep. The hotel was also very far out of the centre and we did not know beforehand that at the weekends you must get a bus for half an hour to the subway because it does not run as far as the hotel on weekends. |

Comfortable, warm, clean, friendly good situated hotel. Good, but rather expensive breakfast. Free parking. No internet access. |

Prima afhandeling en info van de receptie. Prima ontbijt buffet met ruime keuze voor de gasten. Jammer dat de hotel lobby niet vanuit de parking (kelder) is te bereiken. Dit zou een uitstekende verbetering van de service zijn. |

Innenpool: Zum entspannen gut und sehr angenehme Temperatur.Im Großen und Ganzen war das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage war nicht die schönste, aber für eine Städtereise vollkommen in Ordnung. |

Das Hotel war sauer und der Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Der recht weite anfahrts Weg zu Hotel mit der U-Bahn war etwas zu lange. |

Hotellet är mycket behagligt, trevlig personal, rent och fint. Det finns en bra inomhuspool med tempererat vatten som min dotter och jag utnyttjade flera gånger om dagen. Hotellet ligger nära ett stort shoppingcenter och relativt nära tunnelbanelinje U2 Det hade varit ännu bättre om man fått extra handdukar i poolavdelningen och fått låna badrock. |

behulpzaam personeel, uitstekend ontbijt, degelijke schone kamer met prima liggende bedden, je kunt heerlijk rustig slapen, geen last van lawaai van buiten. Prettige sanitaire voorzieningen. jammer dat overdag nauwelijks een plek te vinden is om de gratis parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel. |

die nähe zum einkaufszentrum und zur u-bahn, der service des housekeepings, problemlos früher einchecken das schwimmbad, der rezeptionsservice, die ausstattung und größe v.a. des badezimmers (fehlende möglichkeiten nasse handtücher aufzuhängen, haken im allgemeinen), das angebot der minibar... |

Service und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Zimmer waren sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Die Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung macht es unmöglich in der Nacht das Fenster zum Lüften zu öffnen. Es einfach zu laut. |
