Newly built in 2012, this modern hotel offers free Wi-Fi, spa facilities and 2 restaurants. Located 3 km from the Austrian border, guests receive free access to ski lifts, mountain railway and local buses. Each modern room at Panoramahotel Oberjoch features a satellite TV with SKY sport channels and en suite bathroom with a bathrobe and free toiletries. Highlights include a balcony with views of the Allgaü Mountains A daily breakfast buffet is offered to guests. Guests can enjoy a variety of international and regional Bavarian cuisine at the hotel’s restaurants, including a 5-course dinner in the Panorama Restaurant. Sehr schönes edles Hotel. Man erkennt eine klare Linie, es ist alles sehr geschmakvoll eingerichtet. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfüllen. Die Küche ist hervorragend, die Nebenkosten sehr human. Auch wenn im Service noch nicht alles perfekt ist, so überwiegt die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Wellnessanlage ist einfach nur schön und die Qualität der Anwendungen lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Kurz gesagt wir werden wieder kommen. Leider ist die Lounge relativ kalt, es zieht sobald die Tür aufgeht, aber ich denke, dass sind Kleinigkeiten, die sicherlich bald behoben sein dürften. Wir waren vom 27.10. - 29.10.12 im Hotel zu Gast. Die Eröffnung war am 28.09.12 dann kann noch nicht alles perfekt sein.

allgemein in Ordnung mit Anlaufschwächen Zimmer zu spät frei; Heizung ging die ersten Stunden nicht; keinerlei Entschädigung durch die Hotelleitung; inkompetente Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption

Empfang bei Anreise mangelhaft. Keine elektrischen Türöffner, dadurch erschwertes Ein- und Auschecken mit Koffern und Taschen. Kein Kofferträger/Personal Größtenteils unprofessionelles Personal. SPA-Bereich: Anwendungen überteuert Reinigungskraft in den Zimmern nicht gründlich Doppelbett in Suite durch 2 freistehende Betten, die zusammengeschoben sind und ständig auseinandergehen. Sehr sehr schlecht!!! Obstteller auf dem Zimmer ist ein Witz. 2 alte Äpfel und eine schon vergammelte Orange!
