Park Hyatt Hamburg    

Everything was perfect: the hotel itself, the view, the food (breakfast was excellent), central location and very friendly staff.

There was a small misunderstanding during checkout (the daily rate turned up higher than on Booking), but at least the problem was resolved. So I don't think it's such a big deal.

Quality and services are definitely what you would expect from this class of hotel! Very professional and friendly staff with exceptional service. Fantastic location for anyone visiting Hamburg.

breakfast was very good

All as it shuld be and surly nothing to complain about.If in Hamburg, choose this side of the rail station. Here is fancy shops and more peacefull, and the hotel was a good break from hard beds and bad hotels on my trip.

It was more expenccive then most hotels but when you realy need a rest and want the top line this one is good:)

Perfect place to stay at as usually expected great service

Breakfast is perfect, staf is absolutely polite & helpful, location is the best, VIP-Lounge is enough.

An excellent hotel very near the main station (and easy access to its trains, and to the S-Bahn station taking you directly to the airport). Very short walk to the Town Hall Square, and to the Neue Wall and Gansemarkt shopping districts. If you need to go further, the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are all nearby, and there is usually a taxi outside. Room and bathroom both great. Pool looks lovely, and the gym is one of the better ones I've seen in a hotel. Spacious and very well equipped.

Entrance is a little odd. The lobby is a floor up, so you have to take a lift first. Not too bad, just a little odd.

Its centrally located and staff is very helpful, I had to leave second day early for a flight so they gave me breakfast of my choice in the room without any extra charge. The concierge guys on the ground floor are very helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding shopping and eating outlets.

For the price, the size of the rooms could be a better, also being in the city there is no view as it's surrounded by buildings on all sides.

The location is prime and close to everything (walking distances), and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is highly appreciated.

Arriving in Hamburg by ice, there is only 1 hotel you can reach without crossing a road with cars, Park Hyatt Hamburg. ******************* the music in the bar was 100% superb. ******************* everything was perfect ******************* the receptionist was extremely professionel ******************* overall ultra superb and monumental hotel experience

Een heerlijk rustig hotel midden in de stad vlakbij het centraal station en een drietal ruime parkeergarages.

Ein perfektes Hotel! Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich! Beim Frühstücksbuffet bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß! Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist ebenso ein Pluspunkt!

Sehr guter Service mit Liebe zum Detail, sehr schönes Hotel. Essen und Weine absolute Spitzenklasse.

Einzige Minuspunkte für das Frühstückspersonal in der "Park Lounge": Etwas schnippische Reaktion auf Wünsche, kein Lächeln, das von Herzen kommt, unaufgeschlossen für Anregungen (z. B. Servietten um die heißen Griffe der Rührei-Schalen, kleine statt nur große Teller zum Auflegen der Speisen anbieten).

Sehr freundlicher Empfang auch schon morgens um 8 Uhr. Die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich wirklich, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben den Zugang zur VIP Lounge sehr geschätzt, hatten wir doch 3 Tage Regen. Wir buchen in Hamburg immer (wieder) das Park Hyatt.
