The staff are always very friendly and the hotel still has an international feel to it. I have been put into very small roms on the last 2 ocasions and I wonder why, as the hotel is obviously not full. The street outside the hotel is very noisy at night as the hotel bins are emptied around 1 am and, even with the windows shut, it is not possible to sleep properly. This can be alleviated by having less noisy bins and educating the staff not to throw things into empty metal objects. |

Good location! Provided service are very good by high level staffs. Every staff are taking care of guest actively.They looks so proud being hotel member. |

This is an excellent hotel. Spaceous rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet. Staff is very service-minded. Room-keeping several times a day. Nice spa in the basement. Simply lovely all around. |

Det er et fantastisk hotell, med en stilfull følelse av luksus uten at en føler seg utilpass. Spa avdelingen passer utmerket for alle med fritt valg av kaldt bad,basseng,badstue,dampbad og boblebad. Frokosten er dyr,men virkelig god mat og god service! Rommene er romslige, rene og flotte. Dette hotellet mener jeg er i særklasse! |

Parkservice, Begrüßungsablauf, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer incl. der Badprodukte, Mögichkeit sich auf dem Zimmer Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten, bereitgestelltes Wasser und Pralinen, Zimmerservice, tolles Frühstücksbuffet incl. frischgepresstem Orangensaft, Zeitungsbringservice auf`s Zimmer, extreme aber ungekünzelte und unaufdringliche Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit des gesamten Personals Wenn man ein Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt in Toplage möchte, fällt uns nichts ein, was uns nicht gefallen hat. |

die Sauberkeit und die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter es hat mich etwas gestört, dass man mit dem Bademantel an der Rezeption vorbei gehen muss um in den Wellness-Bereich zu gelangen. Das hat man in anderen Top-Hotels besser gelöst. |

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Service ist für Europäischen Standard erstklassig uns Wünsche des Gastes wurden alle unverzüglich und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt. Obwohl wir früh angereist sind, hat man sofort geprüft ob schon Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen und uns eingecheckt. Leider waren die Möglichkeiten für Raucher sehr eingeschrenkt. |

Das Service Personal hat sich wirklich rühend gekümmert.Besonders die Reception und die VIP LOUNGE waren herausragend .(Sielmann/Berner)Der beste Service den ich weltweit erlebt habe. Ein Fenster lies sich nicht schließen was zu eingeschränkter Nachtruhe geführt hat.Dies wurde bei der Rechnung aber angemessen berücksichtigt. |

Hotel très agréable en plein centre ville d'Hambourg, idéal pour un Week end shopping. Le personnel de l'hotel est charmant et le service définitivement haut de gamme. Spa/ piscine très agréable, restauration extraordinaire. |

zeer professioneel personeel, perfecte service, parkeren wordt verzorgd, uiteraard tegen betaling, maar je hebt geen zorgen over je auto, zeer ruime kamers met veel comfort. Ha! Ja omdat er uiteindelijk altijd wat te zeiken moet zijn, vooruit dan maar : het minuscule bedlampje blijft branden, en het bad loopt langzaam vol. Is mee te leven. |

Sehr ruhig. Personal zuvorkommend.Gutes Entertainmentangebot (TV etc.). Kaffee und Tee Angebot auf dem Zimmer schön. Vorhandene Beautyartikel sehr gut. Shampoo etc. haben sehr schön geduftet. Zimmer im Badbereich teils staubig. Es fehlte eine Glühbirne in der Schirmlampe am Bett. WC-Tür falsch eingestellt bzw. verzogen (schwer zu schließen). Tür vom TV-Schrank falsch eingestellt (kneift). Tür der Minibar oben ausgerissen. Deckel vom Wasserkocher defekt (Kocher funktionierte aber trotzdem). Haken in der Nähe des Waschtisches fielen fast aus der Wand. Regelung der Klimaanlage fragwürdig. Wir kammen in das Zimmer und laut Anzeige sollten 25 Grad Celsius herrschen, es war aber unangenehm kalt. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder ;-). |

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava. Henkilökunta erittäin kohteliasta ja ammattitaitoista. Hotellin spa- osasto oli todella korkeatasoinen ja uima-allas erittäin suuri - kelpasi uida kuntouintia. |
