Sobretot que es super cèntric, d'allí mateix sortien unes excursions per veure Berlin, hi ha metro, tren, autobús i tranvia davant de l'hotel. Les habitacions petites i no té piscina ni jacuzzi. |

L'hotel està molt ben situat i comunicat. Els ascensors són molt ràpids. El buffet és complert i variat i les habitacions són còmodes, modernes i acollidores, tot i que si no la comparteixes en parella hi falta intimitat al wc i dutxa |

La seva ubicació. Molt ben situat a prop de tota mena de transports públics Que les persones encarregades de la recepció només parlessin alemany i anglès. Ni una mica de francès ni altres idiomes. Ja se suposa que l'anglès és important pero.. |

les vistes de l'hotel, la connexió amb el metro, Sorll continu i desagradable desl conductes d'aireació, s'ha de dormir amb taps a les oïdes, altrament es impossible agafar el son. |

Amazing service, 1st class staff at reception, great location, great price, amazing view over the city and square from our room on top floor. The mini bar had quality german beer chilled!! Could not fault anything - would like to say a massive thanks to the staff! |

this hotel was very poor, i realy didnt like it. There is no real bathroom. Some people from housekeeping came to my room at 8:15 and then at 8:30, that s not supposes to happen. |

a view from the window. shower cubicle. work of elevators - my guest card didn't work properly and it took a long time to wait for elevators. and I wasn't noticed by a receptionist during check-in that the Hotel will charge additionally 50 euro per night as a deposit. I still haven't received my 100 euro back |

Enjoyed the central location and easy access to public transport. Felt the charge for the roof top bar was unnecessary and the main bar lacked atmosphere. Overall comfort of the hotel was good and I enjoyed my stay. |

Spacious foyer area. Big and busy hotel but providing a relaxing stay. Efficient lift system. Close proximity to shops,restaurants etc. Tourist information leaflets plentiful, also hotel staff helpful with any queries. Had been apprehensive about staying in hotel with 37 floors, thoroughly enjoyed our stay on 26th floor. |

Its location is perfect - Alex platz is the best place to stay in Berlin. At €18, the price for the breakfast is ridiculously expensive so did not bother with it, especially for Berlin, when you can walk out of the hotel and take an excellent breakfast for about €5 or €6 from one of the many cafes within a few minutes walk. Other than that, an excellent, well run hotel. There should be two pillows not one if the choice of pillows must be such a flat one.Have not read any reviews about the hotel on your ws so I am ticking yes |

location, interior design of rooms, restaurant (next to the reception) the reception area is not clearly visible once entering the hotel and sometimes there were too many people blocking access to the reception desk. |

I liked the convenience of the hotel to tube and railway station and also for shopping at the galleria -a great store. I did not like the layout of the shower and toilet in the room. |
