Park Inn is in an excellent central location. Ideal for a city break in Berlin. The room temperature was too hot and I could not lower the temperature using the thermostat on the wall. And the windows did not open fully. |

Expensive for level of comfort offered. Breakfast too expensive at €18. The bathrooms in bedrooms are just ghastly, they need to be extended and soundproofed. Make one room out of two and you will have it right. The keys never worked and my friend was stuck in life for 10 minutes. It will be a while before I stay in Park Inn again. See above it says it all. It was too expensive for level of comfort afforded. Bedrooms just too small. |

Location Bathroom, toilets!!! You can see and hear everything!!! Very wierd! You sholud definatly change at least the toillets and build up a solid wall, which prevents that other people can hear what happens in the toillet! :) |

Excellent location for tourists; Also we got a great view over Berlin which we loved! We paid EUR 10 extra to get a good view which was fine. However because we tried to check in at 12 instead of 2pm, which is their normal time, the hotel said our room was "unavailable" at that time and to get another room we had to pay another EUR 10. So in effect we ended up spending EUR100 for one night instead of EUR 79! This I thought was quite cheeky as our request was not unreasonable, considering the hotel has 1006 rooms! |

Nice room, good location in Berlin, easy to find given its such a big building. Very busy, always queues at reception. Have to pay to go to rooftop bar which was disappointing, given this was a drawcard to the hotel. Quite expensive for the quality of the room. |

Location of hotel. Close to transportation and within walking distance of museum island. 1. Lack of privacy provided by the "curtain" separating the sink/shower area from the bedroom. 2. Bungee jumpers flying past the picture window at all hours of the day and night -- no notice on the window made for a shock the first time we saw someone falling outside the window screaming! |

Excellent location, very clean, staff very helpful. We did not have hot water in the room so we had to change room, after we changed room we found out that there was no remote control to the tv and the telephone line was dead. But the remote control arrived the next day, and the telephone line revived on the third day. |

the bathroom is just a glass cabinet inside the bedroom and the same for the shower. Maybe it is a new conception for organizing the space but for me it is strange! |

The hotel is located right in the centre of Berlin Nice view over the city. Easy access to public transport. Having booked the hotel for three nights, I through circumstances had to leave early. The Booking.com policy for this hotel meant that I was charged for three nights anyway even though I gave notice of this as soon as I arrived. Not appreciated. |

I chose this hotel for its location and with two older couples accompanying me, it was nice to be able to see this tall hotel when leaving the train station at Alexanderplatz. The rooms were modern. I was a bit concerned about the shower from reading the reviews, but I think that shower set-up was excellent. The internet and breakfast was very expensive, so we ate breakfast at the next-door Burger King each morning. |

Generaly clean hotel Waiting waiting and waiting to be checked in....like it is happening for the first time over and over again...amazinig garbage servive but to be fair is common problem....I Have filled out all needed info when I book on internet and they should have my address and all other info...when it is finaly my turn to check in....I Must do them office work...AGAIN For them.....what a moron running your website or and this hotel bathering customers with this. Then Im not ok with a cleaning lady opening my room in the morning...wakeing me up sometime...cleaning lady should not interupt anyone until they have checked out...they should check with the lobby first if people have checked out before entering a room.... |
