“ The view was great. Coffee was good. Breakfast selection was huge and it would take multiple days to get repetitive. Location was one of the best in Berlin. The lady at check-in noticed a button had fallen off my jacket and had a sewing kit delivered to my room. Personal attention was impressive. ”

Perfect placement of the hotel. It was clean, fast elevator. The rooms is a bit small, but is working ok. Parking is very close but also a bit expensive.

the location & transport links are excellent. the staff are very helpful. the breakfast buffet is well worth the price. we found the pillows uncomfortable and the wardrobe is rather small. toilet and shower in room was fine as A married couple but could be embarrassing if travelling with A friend.

Location is central and transport to wherever in the city is excellent. Staff are professional and accommodating. Room was nice,clean had all necessaries of comfort. You have to pay for internet services...WHY??? Even coffee shops in the area are providing free Wi-Fi connections...

The location was good and because the hotel was so big it was easily spotted when one was trying to find their way back from sightseeing. The view from the 21st floor was magnificent. For two friends staying at the same room the situation with the bathroom with no walls isn't for everyone

The competent and friendly staff and the comfortable room. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast offerings. The multiple options for Internet services. The closeness of good public transportation options. The grittiness of the plaza of the Alexanderplatz, especially on weekends and holidays. Lots of young drunks and transients.

Single room had comfortable amount of space. The views :) Selection of food and places to eat at the hotel. Smell of cleaner from dishwashed plates was strong in the buffet restaurant.

Great location, very clean and great staff. I had paid San extra €20 with a view of the TV Tower and when I got to my room it was only the 11th floor with a view to the side, not happy!!

The location was just amazing; everything was so near by. The service was just awful. The staff were rude and the rooms were too small, also the bathtub was inside the room with transparent glass which was not appropriate as we were three siblings in one room.

I liked the location - very well-connected for walking around centre or public transport (tube, trams etc). The staff friendly and the room comfortable with good views over the city. The toilet enclosure was horrible - no windows, tiny and no ventilation so smelt of wee. The bath and sink being in the bedroom was also a bit wierd. Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been nice, as would free wifi.

Good room I was charged for a no-show as well as for the room in which we stayed. We explained to the receptionist that we had not booked two rooms ( why should we.) but she did not wish to understand. In no circumstances would I contemplate staying in this, or other hotel in this chain, again.

Value for money in a central hotel The shower and toilet area with glass paneling. It's not nice been next to the shower when you are in the toilet. A solid wall would have been better especially when you are with people of the same sex

Just across from Alexanderplatz station so is easily accessible & couldn't be more central to shops, restaurant & transport. Perfect! We had an amazing view of the city. The staff were helpful, bringing us extra pillows, printing out some documents for us... &Amp; the room was clean, comfortable & modern. The charge for wifi - excessive at €18 per 24hrs. Most hotels offer free wifi now so one of this size should definitely have a better set up.
