The terminus for the airport (Tegel) bus is right outside the hotel. You are 2 minutes a large U-bahn & S-bahn stations. From If you want museums they are almost all within about a 10-15 minute walk. A large Galeries Lafayette with gourmet food hall is a 30-second walk from the hotel and a c&a is 1 minute. There are various types of restaurants all around the area, although you may have to look a bit. We found a wonderful Italian restaurant "Oliva" about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel buffet in the evening was very good value. We never had breakfast in the hotel, as I think the options for that were overpriced; however, there is a good Kaffeehaus (and a Burger King) accessed through the hotel. The U-bahn and S-bahn station is a 2-minute walk and has lots of options for cafe- type food on its various floors. Hotel security for access to rooms and for bag-holding was superb. I was not impressed at all with the "roof terrace", for which we paid 3 Euros each. It was a small concrete area with about 10 old deck chairs. The drinks were sold from a refrigerated unit at the entry; no snacks, no real chairs, and not enough even of what was there for the number of people. The view was okay, but as we were on the 32nd floor, the view from our windows, while only in two directions, was just as good. To charge 3 Euros for this made the hotel look mean and grasping. They should either allow everybody there or if they feel it's too small a space, they shouldn't have it as an option; it's not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

Nothing other than location and the view. The room was extremely small and moving about was a skill. No dedicated space for keeping baggages. No coffee maker or even an electric kettle in the room. One had to visit 3 different places for wash basin, wc and shower. The glass door of the shower room is transparent!! It's the worst design I had seen in a hotel in my life.we were totally disappointed.

The hotel was in a good location for the main attractions and very close to the railway and underground stations I did not like the 'en-suite' facilities which were basically a couple of glass screens in the bedroom with only partially obscured glass. The shower enclosure didn't have a door or curtain which meant that water splashed not only into the room but on to the wardrobe / drawer storage area. Although there was a door to the wc it wasn't very private and as it was smelly, this made the room smelly. The washbasin was in the room next to the bed. I find it hard to believe that this hotel could be classed as 4 star. The spa facilities consisted of a shower, sauna and rest area but the was an additional charge of 5 Euros per person

Besides being exceedingly-expensive (18 euros/day), Internet didn't work during all my stay, I've been refunded but that gives me troubles anyway with my business. Rooms are too small given the cost. I stayed on the third floor and it was rather noisy at night. Overall, I do not recommend this Hotel.

Very nice location! You can find all kinds of transportation around this hotel. The bus station is just outside the hotel. Very convenient. And there is a burg king at the first floor of the building, you can buy coffee or other food conveniently. The staff is helpful. And I think this hotel is very safe. No free wifi. The bed is not that comfortable. I don't know why the staff did not change the daily tower for us.

Very big hotel in centre of Berlin with a large range of rooms and prices. Great location and plenty of transport links nearby. 24 hour services. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was rather small and cramped. We were expecting something better for the price.

General facilities such as Reception Area , Concierge , Restaurants and Bars were excellent The Bedroom did not have a traditional En-suite , but had a wc with a glass wall which was adjacent to a shower , which in turn was adjacent to a Wash Hand Basin with a Shower Curtain . This arrangement will not appeal to many and certainly did not appeal to me .

The room and whole hotel was kept clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and able to offer advice and information to enhance our stay. The only meal we took was breakfast and this was extremely good offering a wide choice of quality food. Although the hotel has 39 floors we did not have to wait long for a lift. Generally the hotel was very good and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. 1). The shower was a problem. You can only shower with a very slow fine spray otherwise the build up of water on the shower floor overflows into the room. I managed to flood the room once because of this. Having read reviews on the hotel before booking it I know others have experienced the same problem. 2). It was difficult getting fresh air into the room as there was no vent or way of opening the outer window.

The hotel in Alexanderplatz is in a good and fairly central part of Berlin with excellent train, tube and bus connections for all parts of Berlin. The rooms were a bit on the small side with a rather strange configuration for the shower/toilet. However, the air con was quiet and as we were on a floor 17 hardly any noise was heard at night. Prices in the bar/restaurant are on the high side. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in our room, and the rooms could have been larger!

The staff at the Park Inn were perfoming at a level above what I would have expected. Although seemingly under constant pressure they were without fail, charming polite and above all efficient. This comment includes both the reception staff and the dining room people. The beds!! A double room contains a double mattress, not two singles thrown together. However I am aware that this et up is common throughout Europe so I doubt my comment will acheive any change

I enjoyed the location.great veiw from the window.staff were very helpful. Thought the price of the brekfast was a bit over the top.considering you could walk accross from the hotel and pay half the price.there was alot of Romanians hanging around the entrance/exit of the hotel that seem to target English speaking people begging for money. One day there was one in the hotel itself.

Facilities of the room and hotel. Location is good but more for young people; the square where the hotel is located is pretty full and noisy. Staff is very cold, short on information and there are always lines to talk to them.

The room was clean and tidy. The view was very good from the 20th floor. The service was very good. Good value for money. Did not like the price for the internet access. I needed internet access for a few minutes to print some documents and went down to the lounge where there are 3 PCs and a printer. Had to pay by credit card 6 euros for 30 minutes. Could not manage to do it and in the end have paid 10 euros voucher for 45 minutes. The upside was that I have 12 months to spend those 45 minutes. The room had a kind of bath curtain that separated the shower, the WC and the tap from the bed and the desk. Not exactly good if you want to spend time in the room.

The bar and food was very good, staff in bar excellent and friendly, breakfast very good indeed a massive choice of hot and cold food, our room was a double with view and what a view! Worth the rather compact room for the view. The mini bar! Well I say mini bar it was a tray with a 1/4 bottle of red wine and 2 bottles of water on a tray very poor so don't expect a full fridge with drinks, also like most of Europe no tea or coffee making facilities I don't know why these top hotels don't offer this facility to their guests.

Location The rooms are too small, the bathroom is in the room! No chance to sit in the toilet and relax! Nothing covers you, the smell and the sounds that you can make from the person who is in the room. Please, don't stay in one room if you are not close friends, family etc.

Food and staff were of very good standard. I love the location and the nice view. The hotel infrastructure was ok as well. The internet did not work in the room - there was no way to fix it, not with the hotel technicians, and not with the provider. Then, there is the fact that the toilets are pretty much open towards the room - the glass door does not close fully.
