Really friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Excellent location and very central. Lobby could have been more comfortable. It was not suitable for lounging in and having an evening drink. The cost of breakfast was far far too high and not at all value for money. |

amazing position of hotel,excellent transport links.good breakfast buffet the fitness centre was just a small room with 4 pieces of equipment..one of which did not work at all.plus they charge for water...that shouldnt be allowed in a gym! |

Although I stayed in the small room, it was very comfortable. The AC and flat screen tv were added bonuses. Of course, location is superb and I had an amazing view! |

The location is good, the staff is friendly, the booking was easy, check-in and checkout were fast. Air conditioning is poor. There was nothing to separate the shower and the toile so that everything was wet. I do not like rooms with the shower inside the room, without a door. |

We arrived very early on the day of our booking, and instead of turning us away they offered us an upgrade for a minimal cost which we took and the view over Berlin was amazing! |

The location can't be beat. Everything is literally right outside the door and it was a great base for a weekend city break. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small, but well-designed and comfortable. The terrace was a bit of a let-down, but for 3 Euro you certainly get an amazing view. |

The room was small, but comfortable and very clean with good minibar full of cold soft drinks, which were very wanted in hot days of July, wonderful location in the centerof the city The price of breakfast is too expensive, however, it is possible to take cheaper breakfast nearby. |

This hotel has an excellent location, being right in the city center. It is an excellent starting point to discover this amasing city. The view from the hotel room hotel is just amasing. The rooms are not big, but enough to recover from a day walking through the city. The hotel staff are arrogant, talking to you as if they were doing you a big favour. We payed for our stay, so I do not understand this type of attitude. Also having to pay 3€ to go to the terrace on the last floor just to have a look at the view is not logical. |
