The location and the italian restaurant in hotel

room was very nice, outlets were easily accessible. Staff was really friendly and they had a big bowl of free chocolates which were quite tasty!

Bit of a walk from train station as well as the downtown of the city.

New hotel, modern style, great meal.

Very good hotel. I came first time in 1974 as young boy. Was good - and still good, also with the new concept. ****** to the personale.

Too cold in the bar (and the area around the bar) in the winter time. The architect did not know (as he was rebuilding the hotel in 2012) that it is cold in Lübeck, and that the hotel has outdoors close to the nice bar.

Location was excellent, very close to the centre of Lubeck and handy for the Christmas markets.

No tea/coffee making facility in the room.

Very dissappointed as made unaware of building work causing reduced facilities (no food no drinks ).As we arrived late in the evening we had to cross the road in the rain to the Radison Blue (where we have stayed for years but wanted to give the Park Inn a try).Years ago when the hotel was known as the Lysia Moevenpick we stayed there many times and the Hotel was excellent except for the parking that is why we changed to the Radison Blue.

Possibility to make coffee or tee at the room. Very nice bed. Nice room with lots of space.

The beds were excellent. Good breakfast

Very sterile lobby. Boring. A shame to charge EUR 10 for 24 h wifi. And only dor one unit, Not per room. Will never stay there again.

We chose this hotel because we knew since earlier that a dog could join you in the restaurant. And when I booked the room you could read the notice that the restaurant should be closed during restoration from the 1:st of october. But when we arrived the 27th of september the restaurant was already closed. It was a great disappointment ! Otherwise this hotel is very nice with a perfect situation!

Ideal location and is only minutes away from the centre of Lubeck

The car parking sign stated that the park was free, but it only means that there are car parking spaces available. They must still be paid for and it is misleading for any englishman.

It was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast real good value, plenty to chose from. Will stay there again but will ask for a better and bigger room. There were no problem to our dog with us..

We were advice to park our car in the hotel parking area at a cost of euro30.00 For 24 hours, rip off, as next to the hotel Public parking at only euro5.00 For 24 hours ! Internet at euro10.00 For 24 hours, it works well on wifi. Room 321 we had, very small and no ventilation / no Air Con, so only way in +25 c to open window and terrible noice from the trafic. Ambulance, Police sirens, several times and it sure wake you up.. Strange a Hotel like this don't have any ventilation nor Air Condition.

Location

Long time for check-in and chek-out, only one attendant there despite having three counters. Internet at a charge! To charge EUR 5:- for 12 hrs internet access seems greedy to me. Especially in these days when even the cheapest budget hotels around Europe boast with free Wifi. As this place until last year was a Mövepick hotel and I have stayed there every year for over ten years, I now got the impression that the new owners focus on saving and cutting expenses.

Location; close to city centre. Indoors parking. Generous breakfast selection.

No airconditioning, no locking of windows in open position. We had to use a chair to keep it open and get fresh air.

Super hotel to stay. Everything is perfect. Just go. Don't think twice.

Location, excellent breakfast, good room

The hotel was well situated for sightseeing in Lübeck with the city centre only a five minute walk away. The room was well designed and had everything that was needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. I required an iron and ironing board and this was brought to the room with five minutes of asking. Excellent service from well- trained staff.

Good location for Lubeck sight seeing.
