Breakfast very good Not all lights worked in my room - bulbs removed from bedside lamps probably to save electricity.

I wasn't informed I would need pay coach to get back to airport but received a complimentary trip.

Location is good, very convenient for short stay in airport, staff is frendily and very helpful. If booking earlier, prices are very acceptable. Shuttle, silence and comfortable.

Waiting too long if you have meal in RGB resturant.

Nice clean rooms, modern hotel. Nice breakfast and lunch. Management do follow up with feedback on queries.

Location is best suited for Transit at Frank-furt Airport. I had my onward flight next day noon.

I did not like the attitudes of workers They have to know and apply the hospitality rules which are applied all around the world. Being polite is not only with words, they have to smile or else do another job.

Contacting the shuttle bus phone to be told it would be half an hour, for a 10 minute walk, then arriving and being told the hotel was overbooked and we would have to be shuttled to another hotel.

We liked the sound proof rooms even though the hotel was near to the airport.

It charged 4 euro for Airport shuttle bus, that must be free for guest. There are nowhere to eat dinner around hotel. Only shower box even for Twin bedroom.

The business room was not equiped as promissed.

The reception staff is rude. He seems does not want to work. He did not volunteer the information on the hotel shuttle service. We had to ask the details. The website or Booking.com should provide the details on hotel shuttle service if such service is provided.

Very convenient location near Frankfurt Airport. Excellent for an overnite stay to catch an early flight Shuttle service is provided free from the airport to the hotel and charged $ 4 Euro per passenger the way out to the airport.

Shuttle service is good, but it comes and goes every 30 minutes and if it's full you may stay up to 60 minutes waiting. In this case, better take a cab.

Service and location

Prices: everything there is very expensive. Coffee 3 euros. A small bottle of water 3.5 euros, etc. Great for one night but never for a long stay

For a short stay , the hotel is perfect.

For a longer period, the hotel is far the main tourist attractions.

Location to the airport as I had an early flight and the room was quiet.

Booking.com needs to update it's information! There is no free WiFi anywhere in the hotel. You have to pay 14 euros for very slow and interrupted service. The fee of 18 euros for breakfast is horribly expensive for what you receive. And, the airport shuttle only brings you to the hotel at no charge. There is a fee of 3 euros per person, per trip too the hotel. We could have stayed elsewhere at a lesser rate with a hotel that truly provided free WiFi and complementary breakfast as well as free shuttle to and from the airport. Also, the rooms are horribly small.

Clean and spacious room that was well isolated (no noise from airport) and had good climate control. Flexible restaurant with decent quality food even late at night (and some good wine selection too!).

Quite close to the airport, but not close enough when you are in a rush. You need to calculate 15-20 minutes extra transfer time.
