It's close to the airport and the high way. Nice rooms. If you are planning a trip to the centre of Hamburg this is not the place to go.

We had to stay overnight because we needed to catch an early flight from hamburg so the location was perfect. The breakfast was good. The bed was exrtemely uncomfortable, and we both had a rather sleepless night

I was there for a two day business meeting. The accomodation and facilities in the hotel for the meeting were very good. Travelling to/from the hotel to Hamburg Airport by either the hotel shuttle or taxi was quick and easy. The service in the restaurant for dinner could have been better. It was slow and parts of the meal, when it finally arrived, were missing and had to be re-ordered. The breakfast 'hot' food was not very hot at all. The hotel was quite noisy, especially, at 2:00 am when quests were returning to their rooms (from the bar). Not the fault of the hotel but still ruined a good nights sleep

The hotel offered free wi-fi but when you ask them for the password to log in they charge you 5 euros for 30 min. Luckily after arguing with the lady at the front desk she waived the charge and gave me the code.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Airport and stayed there just a few hours. The hotel is pretty close to the airport and got a shuttle every half an hour to the terminals. Free parking at location was a plus. The bathtub could be cleaner. The hotel didn't have free internet and not much to eat after 10 PM. There was a bar and resturant in which you could have very limited choice of Pizza which was of low quality.

Rooms were new and clean. Beds were also very comfortable. For a citytrip it is quite far from the city (about 20 minutes by car). There are no restaurants or convenience shops in the immediate vicinity. No free coffee/tea available in the room.

Es un hotel con mucha clase, bonito, limpio, muy confortable, la cama increiblemente comoda. Algo que me gustó y me pareció muy cómodo es que el hotel pone a disposición de los clientes un servicio de transporte gratuito que te lleva al aeropuerto. No hay nada que no me haya gustado, quizas esta un poco alejado del centro.

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, hatten eine weitere Anreise und sind am nächsten Tag wieder abgereist. Man brauchte erst 12.00 Uhr das Hotel verlassen, für uns optimal. Ein Besuch auf dem Fischmarkt und danach noch einmal ins Hotel zum Frischmachen, Ausruhen und in Ruhe auschecken. Die Zimmer und vor allem die Betten sind super, das Frühstück (wer es möchte) ebenfalls.
