I liked but according to service room daily price very high room service very poor, they did not fill missing coffe and bath. |

Noise-proof Room and the whole non-smoking environment are really good. Although our room is directly facing a quite busy street, we could not hear anything from the traffic. It is also very clean. The amenity is not always avaialable. We forgot our tooth brush and when we asked the housekeeping, they said they have not received any tooth brush for a while. |

Room facilities modern and chosen with good taste. Style is modern. - Location is very remote. With 1 hour 20 min the time (morning) to go to the city of Hamburg by public transport is too long. Reception is not very friendly and is not very helpful. It seemed that reception is not trained well for giving information on hotel or city. Room service not available by phone. |

Restaurant staff was polite. Night duty officer was quick to respond to a complaint. Nice selection of fruit at breakfast. Restaurant food was bland and breakfast was much over-priced for an average spread. Very soiled toilet seat in my first room, which had not been cleaned. Many hairs in bathroom of my replacement room. Why not provide free wireless internet access as so many other places? |

The hotel was clean and new. I was staying there for 3 nights and spent quite much time in the hotel. The restaurant food was great. Also there's a swimming possibility in the pool that I didn't use, but with warm weather It could be great. |

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The bar area was nice, it didn't really fit in with the rest of the hotel, it was obvious that they had just added that as it didn't tie in with the flow f the hotel. The breakfast buffet was over priced and not value for money, milk that had bee out too long and not a good selection of warm food for the 19-15 euros they charged for it. The towels were also in need of being replaced. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was there for 1 night only. The Reception staff girl that greeted me on arrival was very good indeed. Her colleagues were efficient but not as good. We hoped to have free Hotel pick-up from the Airport - that did not happen. It cost over Eu20 to get to the Hotel. Breakfast was much too expensive for what it was, in consequence, we passed up the opportunity to take breakfast. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the bedrooms. |

Very friendly staff who catered well for business travellers such as myself. Real early breakfast possible (as of 04:00 hours) and individual transport to Airport I am 6ft 5in and found the bedlinnen to be too short |

Even close to highway but very silent and easily connected to town even 20 Km far .Close to airport and connected by shuttle . Plentiful breakfast. Kindness of the staff for all informations. Resturant menù , that seemed me not suitable for international clients .Internet Access too expansive |

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, kostenloses Flughafenshuttle ist super praktisch, direkt vor der Türe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, am Wochenende ist die nächste auch nur 7 Minuten Laufweg entfernt, bis in die Stadtmitte muss man 30 Minuten einplanen. Internet ist nicht kostenlos, sondern im Bereich von 5 Euro/30 Minuten bis 17 Euro/Tag, schade. |
