Park Inn Hamburg Nord  

Not too far from Airport, but still need a 15mn drive

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere just beside the Highway 7. It was terribly expensive for the location and service you get there. I took it because of a last minute booking, looking for a descent hotel not too far from airport. Hopefully I won't go there again.

Convenient location and comfortable

It is easy to find, near highway. Fairly close to airport. Nice breakfast, room was nice, easy parking, shuttle bus was offered. Nice employees.

Not so quiet as I expected. When people are walking to their rooms (and talking) it is extremely easy to hear. Reception requested to see my airplane-ticket and I really had difficulties to find it, but if I didn't find it the room charge would be higher.

Perfect location if you fly to or from Hamburg airport

Prices for the wifi are by far too high!

Convenient for public transport into the city and the airport.

The staff were unbelievably slow at check-in and check-out. At checkout there was a queue of several people waiting and there was only one staff member on duty which was taking five minutes of computer entries and printing, per person. In addition to answering telephone calls and providing wake-up calls to other guests the staff were not focussed on checking guests out, most of whom were in a rush to reach the airport. There was an internet advertised courtesy bus service to and from the airport which was not a bus, but a pre-funded taxi. The taxi drivers were aware of it and they would return to the reception to obtain a voucher, but there was no information available from the hotel or staff to guests that this service was available. I was not aware of it at checkin and paid the driver the fare. On reflection, after I paid he went to the desk and claimed another voucher from the hotel so a nice 25 euro tip for the tqxi-driver!

Convenient location next to freeway. Rooms very well soundproof so no noise from the nearby airport nor freeway.

The Place was very quiet and Free parking

It is very far from the city center ( at least 15 min in the car ). Couple members in the receptions were not so friendly and not flexible at all. I was going to extend my stay, but I have cancelled because of there treatment

Nice hotel but small room

Location sucks, far from metro (S-bahn or U-bahn) but there are some buses going there. Don't come here if you dont have a car...

The food was great and the rooms were super.

Good quality, a bit pricy though for Park Inn.

Good deal if you have an early flight, parking in the street f.o.c and there is airport shuttle bus.
