The staff were really friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help. The meals were excellent especially dinner, and being able to have a good meal at night at the hotel was convenient. |

A nice quiet position and staff friendly On Sunday morning(08:00) very noisy cleaning staff and even though we had the do not disturb on the door they still knocked . Check out time is 12:00 and if they know you are checking out they should not disturb especially on a sunday!! |

it's very close to the city center and to the public transportations Rooms are divided in two buildings. The rooms of the dependance (that is located in from of the hotel) were not so big and you can't take advantage of the services of the hotel like swimming pool and SPA. |

It was a really great experience: I was 2 days here with my girlfriend, the room was nice, big, the bathroom was great. I also tried the sauna and the swimming pool and was very nice. So I have nothing to complain about this hotel: a perfect 4 start hotel. It's 20 minutes walking far from the central train station and the zone is nice. |

I liked the view of the Cologne Cathedral from the window, as well as the central location of the Park Hotel. When you think of a double room in a hotel you think of a larger space then what was provided. |

Good location, close to city center and public transport The organismic at the reception as very poor. I have to wait more then 40 minutes to check-in. My reservation was not received. All the guests are for another building and at the reception was only 1 lady. She went out with each guest to show the building. All guests have been requested to pay in advance. All those actions took more then expected. |

The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel and we will use this hotel again. Swimming pool was not open at the time of our visit, but this can happen and it did not spoil our trip. |

Location near underground, which brings you in 10 min to centre Breakfast room was too crowded and the breakfast too expensive for the offered quality Euro 17,= pp. No compensation for the unavailable swimming pool. |

Os quartos são bastante confortáveis, com muita luz. A localização também é boa, acho uma óptima relação qualidade/preço. Os funcionários da recepção são eficientes, mas poderiam ser um pouco mais simpáticos. |

Die Servivemitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und höfflich. Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Rhein und von der Stadt entfernt. Kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Die Pool temperatur könnte wärmer sein und die Zimmer waren ein bisschen zu klein sowie das Badezimmer auch. |
