Good location, close to city center and public transport The organismic at the reception as very poor. I have to wait more then 40 minutes to check-in. My reservation was not received. All the guests are for another building and at the reception was only 1 lady. She went out with each guest to show the building. All guests have been requested to pay in advance. All those actions took more then expected. |

The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel and we will use this hotel again. Swimming pool was not open at the time of our visit, but this can happen and it did not spoil our trip. |

Location near underground, which brings you in 10 min to centre Breakfast room was too crowded and the breakfast too expensive for the offered quality Euro 17,= pp. No compensation for the unavailable swimming pool. |

Location is near to center of Koln Although I booked room with Internet and the reception during check in told me that I had unlimited internet access, during checkout the charged for Internet access for each day . Also the last day there was no cleaning in the room. |

Zimmer waren sehr schön, das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat mir, das sich eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer befand. Leider erst drei Tage vor Ankunft erfahren, das das Hotel umgebaut wird und Schwimmbad/Wellness nicht zur Verfügung standen. |
