The InnTakt restaurant on the ground floor serves a range of food, Mediterranean and local meals, from Monday to Sunday, noon until 22:30.
The bar is open daily from 18:00 until 01:00. Here you can relax on the leather chairs and comfortable lounge with inventive drinks and snacks and warm food served until 22:30.
All rooms offer 4-star comforts. The business rooms are equipped with a second telephone and extra facilities. They include free use of the internet and the mini bar. Our mattresses are excellent and make for a good night’s sleep. The rooms have curtains that black out the light completely.
Universitätsstrasse tram station is just 300 metres away, providing direct connections to the city centre and fair ground (lines 1 and 7). Also heading for the city is bus 142, which departs from the station just in front of the hotel.

the location was good just out of the city but in walking distance.the room was very clean but the television was not tuned in so we could not watch it.the furniture was comfortable as was the bed the television was not tuned in |

We stayed here for 2 nights and were absolutely amazed by the excellent service and quality of the rooms. Checkin went smoonth and rooms was in perfect shape. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk away from the city centre and is located in quite a green area. I can really recommend this hotel for anyone seeking for a week/weekend in Cologne. *Make sure to try to complimentary sauna! |

Good location. Tram to center of Cologne is a 2 minute walk from hotel; tram ride is about 10 minutes. Very good breakfast. Good service. Clean hotel. One of the front desk female staff was not friendly. Dinner meal selections at hotel not very good; other restaurant choice not close (have to go to city center). |

Free minibar Staff is unable to help with anything. I booked and paid in advance, i had to ask them for like 6 time not to charge my card again. Eventually they did it, of course. They limit internet connection to one connection/room, staff is unable to give precise informations. |

We stayed at this hotel as a family of three. An extra bed has been added as requested when we checked in. The size of the room was OK, and the towels and bedsheets were clearn. We were happy that the hotel is close to the tram station, so it is convenient to go to the city center and railway station. But be careful that at the weekend, especially in morning period, you may wait for a long time for the tram. Breakfast takes 18 euros/person, it is expensive except you are in business travel; nearby the hotel we did not find any convenient shops, so if you want something to drink, you have to go to the bar aside of the lobby. |

Very efficient and friendly staff at reception and room service. City hotel but near the park so the surroundings were pretty, lots of trees outside balcony etc. The bathroom had a bath and the room was very comfortable. The room service menu was limited and on the expensive side, however the pizza menu available until 1am was more value for money and added some extra choice. Wireless internet was available but at a charge, so many hotels offer free internet. |

The breakfast and the stuff who are responsible for resturant. The room cleanliness was so bad. The first day I stayed they did not change the soap, or the show shining item.The second day they did not prepare the room, and after I return back from the Inuga exhibition I asked the reception to send somebody to clean the room, they came but they just changed the path items, without cleaning the room. |
