Park Inn by Radisson Köln City West    

Although we had a 3 room confirmation via booking.com, the hotel did give us only one room and sent the guests to another hotel 48 kms away in the middle of nowhere at midnight! Obviously, the hotel sold our rooms at the busy exhibition period to others. Booking.com should also avoid hotels like these.

For a business trip a good hotel in all aspects

Asked the reception for an early wake-up call and a taxi. No wake-up call and no taxi....and no appology. The receptionist was absolutely not interested!! Very very basic hotel for a way to expensive price!

Quiet room though spartian, decent breakfast (not included though), enough parking space.

Room key-cards, required to take the elevator to your room, did not always function well (no problems though for room access).

Location- 20 min walk to Alt Stadt food - Breakfast excellent choice and dinner very good also good value. Wi-fi - Reasonablly priced (Business rate 1.5 Euro per day) quiet and clean staff - friendly ,efficient and helpful

Very good hotel. Friendly personal always can help you, or at least wish a good day. Awersome breakfast (now i know, why it costs so much), and in general everything on the top level. Easy to reach that hotel from the center, just with the one city-train, without change.

Water jet in the shower is very dangerous: it can change sudenly to very hot for a second and then to very cold, than back to normal. So you can even burn yourself because of that. They realy have to fix the watter pump or do something. One external heating radiator can be a plus.

Stayed in superior room - very nice - all included. Comfortable beds (ok - pillows a little bit too soft) . Lovely thick towels. Very good breakfast even though it wasn't incl. into the price.

€30 extra when asking for 3hour late check-out - that's expensive!!

No free internet.Pillows were bad and they can not give alternative pillow.There were insects in bathroom and in the room.Rooms are small.No free parking.

No any facility closed to you and it's far from city center by taxi cost 8\12€ it's not worth for the amount you bay for the room

Arrived at 11pm and the promised double room was not available and had to use twin until morning with hassle of moving rooms without any apology. Tried to log in 3 computers into one room at 17e a night and was told I had to pay for each computer and only after complaints did I complementray vouchers for the other 2 - asked to see general manager about complaints but he never showed up. Very disappointed with service at this hotel.

There is no proper possibilities to come to the hotel entrance for the people, who are arriving without the car.

Stunning hotel! From the first moment we realized we made the right choice. Although Chuck in at 13:00, at 7:00 we have the room. The room was clean and tidy, and so was every day after we returned from the trip in the city. Although the location is not downtown, but for me it was a huge advantage, a huge park opposite the hotel, quiet, and beautiful scenery. The service was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended

You have to pay extra for some services like internet and for the price of the room that could be included!

Simply put, the hotel functioned efficiently in the way that all hotels should be seldom ever do.

The location id convenient, not too far from the Exhibition grounds and the entire centre of the cilty.

For the price, the hotel is overvalued. It does not represent a 4 star quality. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. I mean the quality of cold cuts, the selection was quite poor. Also the service was mediocre. The Wi-Fi at 14 Euro a day is a joke.Overall, a 3 star hotel at best with prices of more stars.

staff were good to customer, it was clean place for children and family.

The television programs were not good for someone with kids. I had to ask for some one to change .they should check the TV programs as the people going in.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Good gym/sauna/steam room facilities. Nice welcome with tea/coffee making facilities. Near to transport links.

Food way to expensive.

We called around noon to see if our rooms would be ready. They said they wouldn't be ready until check-in at 3 pm. We arrived at 4:30 and neither room was ready. We were told to wait but that it would be at least 20 minutes. The woman at reception gave us coffee coupons but said the bar would allow us to get wine or soda while we waited. We went to the bar but the bartender said that wasn't permitted. She went to the front desk to ask but said they were all too busy to answer. When we finally went to check in, we had a lot of difficulty using the key card to operate the elevator. It took about 10 minutes before we were successful. Since we were in a rush, this was all very inconvenient.

I liked it because it was situated close to my daughter and her boyfriends apt. Secondly we were looking for a resonable rate hotel with relexation and a quite place not to far from the city and we got it all. Thank you for your excellent services.
