The room service food was good. Desk service was also good The bathroom wasnt wheelchair accessible (a bathtub is not!) and there was no seat/stool for disabled guests to use while there to be able to use the shower. The room service person also dropped a glass of wine and did a poor job of cleaning up the broken glass off of the carpet which could have caused a shard of glass to go into someones foot or wheelchair tyre.

Excellent food and smiling and service minded waiter in the restaurant I have to agree with a comment from another visitor namely the smell in the bathroom that is overpowering "The bathroom was clad in a substance that gave off a very unpleasant chemical smell - this spoilt our experience the smell was very overpowering "

Close to tram and City. 17 Euro for 24 hours access to internet is not ok. It's also poor service with an extra service for accessing the Gym.

Easy access from outside Mannheim, plenty of free parking available, town centre walking distance away, easy to reach Hockenheim GP track. Swimming pool, though available, is small and not at all inviting.

Clean room conditions and fast check-in/check-out. Parking for private cars is huge enough and separated from main road. Nothing in particular, except that you shall arrive before 21:00 if you intend to have dinner at the restaurant, otherwise you will end up with the coffee shop snacks menu.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Rezeption hat gute Tipps bezüglich der Verkehrsanbindung gegeben. Zimmer ordentlich und geräumig. Straßenlärm, wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat (störte vor allem nachts)

Der Service im Restaurant/Bar In der sogenannten "Sky Sportsbar" suchte man vergeblich nach Sky! Zudem war das ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, jedoch war einzig ein Bademantel vorhanden.

Бесплатная парковка около отеля. Дорогие завтраки для отеля низкого уровня. Бронирование денег на карте (как и в других отелях - абсолютно не понятно почему бронируют деньги, обещают вернуть их через 3-4 дня, но на самом деле держат их почти месяц. ПОЧЕМУ?????)

Große und gemütliche Zimmer. Ein sehr großes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte stärker sein, aber man kommt zurecht.

Die Mitarbeiter waren immer bemüht und freundlich. Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Das gebuchte Nichtraucherzimmer war ein extrem unangenehm riechendes Raucherzimmer. Nach zweifacher Beschwerde wurden die Kosten für Minibar/Hotelbar nachgelassen. Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei der Ankunft bekamten wir, ohne zu fragen, gleich einen Stadtplan, den Weg zum SAP Zentrum und zur Innenstadt erklärt. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Auch das Bedienungspersonal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig.

Die Einrichtung fand ich schick und sehr einladend. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist umringt von Luisenpark, Planetarium und Technoseum. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich.
