Hotel was good value for money, spacious and comfortable room for a quick overnight stay.
The shower; you had to pull something out of the side to make it work - took me ages in the end i had to call for help! Not overly impressed. I arrived at 1.30/2pm but the receptionist did not let me check-in
Near the train station
I asked for free internet at the lobby and reception as mentioned on the website and the staff told me that I have to buy to get connected :(
So quiet .front office staff were the best
Wifi charges is little bit hi.most of the hotels comes free with no charge
Very friendly personel.
The room is very small for the price. There is a 100 MB limitation for the wi-fi.
Very courteous staff and very good value for money. Excellent breakfast buffet also
Finding the entrance to the carpark in the dark a bit difficult!
I have booked a non smoking room , at my arrival they get my data my card and send me to a smooking room . They have not advised about before to take the money , just the reply is the last one and we have only that . and for them is justify because i was arriving late . i will not take again this hotel , they are not professional and just looking on profit trascurating customer exigence
Everything you want from a central hotel and more Spotlessly clean wonderfully comfortable ,quiet with helpful cheerful staff ...a real treat to stay
Nothing everything top quality
Good for a business trip, nice facilities, big room, good restaurant
Not for tourists, has a very business man vibe
Location, close to Park and Tram stop.
Wi-Fi, free daily limit 100mb which disappears very quickly. Expensive there-after.
Clean room and bathroom. Lift. Convenient location.
Staff who tries to force you to pay for extras.
Good value and easy to find. Always clean rooms and friendly staff.
nice rooms, nice staff in the hotel, from reception to bar; good location with car and good restaurant.
Breakfast EUR 17 per person was a little on high side, although it is good!
Lack of ice.
Modern property in good decorative order with good sized rooms
Technical facilities have problems, with Air Conditioning being of the "seasonal" variety (so may not work!), and Internet access on the "free" service being glacially slow
Price of Internet. Price of breakfast
Dinner and Breakfast was good and service at restaurant
not kind at reception, not customer friendly Again room at conference floor level and beside are very bad smelling terrible bad for this hotel
Coffee machine in the room, close to city center, lots of parking spaces, WiFi
Location was good for me as my work is closeby.
Cleanliness of the room: the room was very dusty and smelled as if it was a smoking room even though they claimed it was not. Furniture is a bit outdated as well. Wifi: with my booking it was mentioned that wifi was free, the staff confirmed that. What they didn't mention was that this was limited to 100MB per stay, which as you know goes fast when you need to do some work. Additional wifi is very very expensive. Staff was very unhelpful about this topic when I addressed it with them. Price/quality: very poor. I paid 129 euro for 1 night excl. breakfast for a smelly room with unkind staff and supposedly free wifi. As the company I work for is only 5 min away, I will probably stay their again. And I think that's their luck, lot's of businesses nearby, so guests keep on coming without them changing anything...
The room was very nice with lots of natural light and spacious. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.
It is still strange why it's so complicated to get free internet in most German business hotels.
- free wifi
- requested a twin bed but given a double bed. - One staff member on the evening before the grand prix serving a full outside area. - Slow service, mediocre and expensive food. - Tray lay in corridor from our arrival in the early evening well into the following day. - 3 star luxury with a 4 four- star rating.
Decent hotel with friendly staff, mainly suited to business travellers
Wifi is limited so extra packages have to be purchased.
plenty of parking places
1. Free WiFi is a joke. Worked only 3 hours after I was informed that limit of 100mB is spent and I am welcomed to buy connections 30 EUR for 2 days. 2. Breakfast 17 EUR pro person 3. Room was not cleaned.
Food - good value for money
The standard Wifi limit is 100mb which is about enough to check your mail and watch a 30sec movie on youtube... After which you have to pay ridiculous amount of money for the unlimited allowance (approx. 46 Euro per 3 days) and the transfers are not great either...

Room was large, fridge in the room, A/C worked really well, restaurant/bar in lobby was very nice, room service was very fast.
WiFi is a ripoff. Free WiFi is very slow and only allows 100mb of data. It's 2014. Offer some better free WiFi. Shower was very small when the curtain was closed, TV cable was not great, long distance to the city center, front desk staff seemed flustered, confused and irritated when I presented them with a gift certificate.
