Did not get the room we asked for. Asked for extra pillow and cot-did not get.(we asked 4 times). The people at the front dest were not friendly or helpful. Our students and staff go to Mannheim once a year-I doubt if they will stay at the Park Inn. Even the manager ignored our request for the orginal room we booked. See above comments. Did not care about the comfort of the customer. |

Ruhe, da nicht im Stadtkern, aber durch die Strassenbahn ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Sollten wir wieder in Manheim sein, werden wir wieder ins Park Inn gehen. Wir haben kein Frühstück genommen, da auch die Räumlichkeit dazu nicht so einlandend wirkte. Der Preis von eur 16.00 ist stolz, aber ich kann ihn nicht valutieren.Abgesehen davon, wollten wir wegen Schnee schnell wieder zurück. |
