The hotel is located near a metro stop, alllowing easy access. The breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Great place for a cheap option. Value for money was A+ |

Staff were extremely helpful, especially Manuel and Stephanie. Hotel is only 50m from underground station and there is a good service to the centre of the city which only takes about 12 minutes. There is also a supermarket across the road if you need supplies of anything. It is also easy for the airport. The hotel is modern, well presented and clean and the rooms, whilst not very large, have good facilities, including a mini-bar and a mini kitchen, witha coffee maker and microwave. Breakfast is a superb buffet with a large choice of different foods and drinks. Unless you want to be right in the centre of the city, this is an ideal location from which to explore this beautiful city. |

The hotel is clean and quiet, breakfast was served 7-11 which is fine for early birds as well as sleepers, breakfast buffet was delicious, and public transport is nearby. |

Hotel was just perfect - clean, room was spacy and comfortable, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty. We choose the hotel because of the possibility of later check-out (12.00 am) and the flexible reservation till 18.00 pm of the day of arrival. Connection to the center is very easy - U bahn is few steps from the hotel. (10 minutes to the center) And the price including the breakfast was very reasonable comparing to other hotels. |

Located very close to U-bahn stop - Frankfurter Ring. Staff was also very accomodating and friendly. They actually sold us a one day partner U-bahn ticket and mistakingly said that it was valid for 24 hrs. It is actually only good until 6:00 am on the following day of activation...we unknowingly activated it at 10:30 pm and were left without a ticke the next day. We spoke to the front desk clerk, explained the mix up, and she immediately replaced the ticket at no cost...scoring bonus points with us. The breakfast is pleasant and certainly adequate for American or European travelers. A fine cup of coffee or tea should that be what you need to start your day The location of the hotel is both a positive and a negative. As another traveler mentioned, there is no a/c and it was very hot so we had to sleep with the windows open. Apparently every single ambulance in Munich uses Frankfurter Ring to get to their destinations. I would stay here again but only if we got a room off the main street. The noise was a bit unbearable - probably not so bad in winter with the windows closed |

Nice quiet room at rear of the hotel, good breakfast, efficient and friendly staff, close to U-bahn for downtown and airport. A ceiling fan would be nice on warm nights. Also, there were no utensils in the kitchenette; the staff was great in providing them when asked, but it took away some of our independence. |

The morning breakfast staff was very attentive and diligent, making for a very comfortable and inviting start to one's day. Rooms were basic but very clean; however, be warned that there is neither air conditioning nor fans, so on a warm summer evening things can feel a bit stuffy. Most of the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. Room was warm at night--We had to keep the window open, the drawback being that Frankfurter Ring seems to be a main thoroughfare for emergency vehicles using their sirens. |

Having notified them in advance of our travel arrangements, the hotel was very accommodating in allocating us our room at 0700hrs as we had travelled overnight. Room was at the back of the hotel, therefore very quiet. All stall were very efficient and helpful. Easy access from hotel to the transport network of Munich. |
