konnte balkon türen öffnen, frische luft, auf bakon sitzen, liegt nah U-bahn, liegt nah bei familie, welche ich besuchte. freundliche concierge - besonderd gefällt mir das ich eventuell auch meinen hund mitbringen könnte. frühstück - hätte gern ein gekochtes ei geghabt. hätte gern einen schwarzen tee gemacht, wäre schön teebeutel und etwas milch anzufinden.

Starke Kritik: Ihre Wäscherei benutzt ein Waschmittel mit einem allergieauslösenden, synthetischen Parfum. Das ist für einen normal empfindlichen Menschen nicht vertretbar. Außerdem möchte man nachts geruchfrei schlafen. Ich meine, Ihr Hotel müsste die Möglichkeit haben, von der Wäscherei ein natürliches - vor allem aber geruchfreies Waschmittel, zu fordern. So kann ich Ihr Haus nicht mehr aufsuchen. Grüße: Prof. Hensch

Das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, kam unseren Sonderwünschen bezüglich der Bettenaufteilung -die Hauptbetten haben übrigens einen hohen Liegecomfort- überaus entgegenkommend nach. Die Frühstückszeit ist bis 10.00 Uhr für Urlaubsreisende (mit Jugendlichen) vom Zeitfenster her zwar etwas knapp kalkuliert, jedoch -selbst wenn man spät kommt- bleiben bei dem dem reichhaltigen Buffetangebot keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel ist keine 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Station Norderstedt-Mitte entfernt und liegt zentral in Norderstedt. Dem Namen Parkhotel macht es ebenfalls alle Ehre: esgrenzt unmittelbar an den Norderstedter Stadtpark, der zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Ausgesprochen gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr aufmerksame Servicemitarbeiterin, die ständig nachfüllte, der Preis dafür ist absolut OK. Die Einrichtung (Bad) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Sprünge in den Fliesen)

Sehr bequeme Betten, der Raum und das Bad sehr sauber. Das Frühstück vom Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
