Excellent location for everything. Nice bathroom. All reasonable security items. Pleasant breakfast room and food; very congenial hostess. Lots of reading material everywhere in hotel.

No ramp for bags at the front entrance. One must hoist them up several steps.

Staff were wonderful-they really made a special effort to help me to feel comfortable and enjoy my stay. Location was fantastic-next to a park, close to railway station, and just on the edge of the old town

I liked the location, the surroundings, close to university, close to train station, etc. (no chance of losing a direction or not getting a needed thing.. It was super with the hospitality & the receiption staff and all above indeed)

The hotel staff was very nice, charming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast had a very nice selection of cheese, meat eggs and fruit. We really enjoyed the chocolate housekeeping left on the pillow daily. The parking garage was convenient and included a shoe shine valet for cleanup from weather. Appearance is everything, best regards to the entire staff.

very small hotel, with not much facility. I believe the authorities have been very generous to them that rated them as 4 star, because at best it can be considered as 3 star, actually some of the 3 stars that I stayed had much more facilities than this hotel. Breakfast was not good also.

High standards, good quality and cleanliness, very friendly and obliging staff, nothing too much trouble. Great location, 5 minutes easy walk to old city Rathaus, handy basement parking. We got lucky with an upgrade, but the room was spacious, well appointed and large bathroom was very well fitted out. Good choice of breakfasts.

No restaurant or bar, but to be fair plenty of those within a few minutes walk. Breakfast room a little small for number of rooms in hotel.

The staff, particularly the desk staff, are absolutely excellent. Refreshments are offered upon arrival. Our room, with a view of Columbipark, was welcoming and relaxing. The bathroom facilities are excellent, with the possible exception of the stall shower which was a bit small but worked well. The location immediately adjoins the old town, and the ability to park in the hotel is extremely convenient (although I believe there is also a city parking garage across the street). A free internet terminal is offered in the lobby. The included breakfast was substantial and tasty.

The stall shower was a little tight, but we certainly had worse on our trip.

Kim, the nighttime hostess, was friendly, efficient and very helpful with suggestions. We enjoyed the offer of a welcome drink after traveling all day.Loved the free-wi-fi, and especially delicious breakfast feast!
