Very friendly service oriented staff. A drink offered upon arrival sets the spirit. Being offered a bottle of water after check out on a hot day is much appreciated!

The hotel staff was so very friendly, the breakfasts were delicious and the room was comfortable. It was our anniversary as well and they invited us to a bottle of sparkling wine. So sweet.

Friendly atmosphere of the hotel. All staff were extremely helpful in providing directions, orientation using their own hotel map, instructions on how to use the tram. I wish the staff at all hotels were as friendly and helpful in making your stay in this city enjoyable.

Lidt mere brugervenlighed til småbørnsfamilier, mht til bleskifte etc. Badeværelset er lidt mangelfuldt til disse formål

kein Wellness, keine Sauna, nicht auf allen Zimmer Flachbildschirme
