Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Comfortable beds. Convenient location 1. Bathroom was very small. 2: We had a room overlooking the Mosel, but there were two roads between and it was noisy with the window open (there's no air conditioning) |

Nice room and mattress. Nice view of town and river. Free parking for those travelling by car. Very friendly for those travelling with children. The whole hotel is a bit old fashioned, but still comfortable. |

Prima ontvangst. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Alles kon. Eten was van uitstekende kwaliteit. Bij eventueel slecht weer was er geen mogelijkheid om ergens gezellig te zitten. |
